Do not buy this DVD
I am grateful for a full refund of my purchase. This DVD Did not operate in two DVD players although both units played other DVDs just fine. On behalf of my fellow consumers, please remove The Commitments DVD from your offerings until you are able to get one to operate. If you do, I would gladly purchase it. My dissatisfaction is donating my alleged free time to perform quality control for multi-nationals. Again.

Memories.
I haven't played this right to the end yet(I fell asleep, so I did but didn't see it). But as it plays just fine what I did see there's no reason to assume there would be anything wrong with the rest of it. This was one of our favourite films. Some of the lines each of them get were so well done. Especially the one when the trumpet player turns up for his audition at their flat. You'll have to buy it and watch it for yourselves to see how sharp and funny it was. You have to listen to what the father says to see what I mean. It cost peanuts to but and if you're into this era itself and the music then you'll love it. We have the soundtrack as well equally as good.

！注意！DVDの場合PAL方式です！
映画の内容ではなくて、DVDの映像方式について。DVDリージョンコードは2で日本とおなじなのですが、映像方式がNTSCではなくPAL なので日本のプレーヤーでは再生できません。パソコンにDVDドライブがあれば、とりあえず再生できますが、最近のパソコンはみんなドライブなくなってきたから、要注意です
