I have used other popular mats on Amazon and none of them comes close to the quality of this. May have wrinkles when it comes but once you straighten it out, those wrinkles will be perfectly flatten out as well. The only mat I found that doesn't move while you work with the dough (the most important thing). And it's super easy to clean. I wanna stock this up now!

I use it make to dumpling skin and pancakes. So happy bought this product. No need to use plastic food wrap to cover counter top. Big enough for 50+ dumplings. Easy to clean.

This is a perfect size mat, I love it , I docked one star for easy to clean , because the surface stick together when it is wet , I have to hang it to dry

By far the best mat I’ve used. I’ve purchased in the past, the mats that feel much like thin plastic. They don’t hold up, tougher to clean and end up cracking. This silicone mat is dishwasher safe but it’s so easy to clean, I just use a soapy sponge, rinse then hang on the kitchen faucet to dry. Highly recommend if you’re a baker.

I have recently gotten into cooking with no background, and I wanted a good and affordable baking mat to knead my pizza dough on. I used it for the first time a few days and I was highly impressed. The whole mat is even bigger than I thought which is excellent for kneading and shaping the dough. The measurements are great as well helping making the dough with the right size.The silicone is super soft, thin and flexible but it does not feel cheap or flimsy (it somewhat resembles the material of a gym ball but much thinner). The mat sticks well to my counter top and doesn’t move at all. I was surprised that my dough wasn’t sticking a lot to the mat as well. Even when I was kneading the dough, the mat wouldn’t lift or move at all. The dough scrapper is light and sharp as well and the spatula is good (but a bit small especially if you have a big dough).My recommendations:> The mat is super easy to clean but It’s a bit difficult to wash it if you have a small kitchen sink (as in my case) because the mat is large so I wash my mat in the shower so it doesn’t make a mess in the kitchen. If you have a small kitchen sink, wash it in the shower. You can wash it in the dishwasher but it’s still too big for my dishwasher!> I don’t recommend using a super sharp knife on it to cut the dough. Make sure you use the scrapper that comes with it. It’s sharp but not super sharp or thin to cut the mat.> When you open the mat for the first time, it has a silicone/plastic smell (similar to a gym ball). Wash it with hot water and soap before you use it for the first time and the smell will go away.Overall, I’m very happy with this mat and I’m buying another one for my mom. I recommend it to everyone else as well.

This review is ‘just out of the box’ yapping, but the first thing I’m hit with when it comes to silicone is the smell that some of these things have.This is 100% odorless...As any food grade item should be...(hint, hint Amazon sellers)I will update this review for durability once I use it.I appreciate the two extras that came with it as I only had a stainless dough scraper for use on my countertop.Have to keep it real...I’m a 5 year bread maker when using new gadgets...I had NO IDEA what the green squiggly thing was for when I first saw it. I thought, ‘Oh, another new pastry thingy.’My husband asked what is was as soon as I unpacked it...’I don’t know, it came with the mat.’I must confess...I wouldn’t have guessed it was a tie for the mat...I probably would’ve used it for cinching something I baked...Knocking the walls down to the big 60 and I get a tingle in my brain when I learn something knew, or what something ‘new’ is used for. I was really excited to get this and its pretty disappointing. Very cheap material and very thin. It will not stay down on your counter and rolls up when you try and roll out dough or knead anything on top of it. You can't even use the measurements on the sides to cut pastry unless you roll your pastry on a different surface and then transfer it, which completely defeats the purpose. I attempted to get it to stay down on the counter dry, wet, with some sticky dough underneath, I even taped it down once all to no avail. I've tried using this in a variety of ways and honestly it just feels pretty worthless for anything baking related. Most expensive ruler I've ever purchased.

While it's easy to clean, it's not slip resistant as the description makes it sound like.When I was kneading my dough, the keeps sliding from the bottom into the middle and it would bunch up. I had to stop, did it, make it smooth again and same thing.The rest of the tools that came with the kit are great though, especially the white cutter.

The baking mat has good quality, but the dough cutter that came with the product has very sharp edges. It's ironic and disappointing since the accessories that came with the product should be the best and safest to use on the product. Very disappointing that the baking mat is damaged by using its own accessory that came with it when it's being used for the first time! :( :( :(

Very happy with this product, should have bought it earlier. It is non stick, uses very little flour to knead or rolling dough. The size is perfect, it sticks to the countertop and doesn't move. Very easy to clean just use soapy water, rinse and dry with kitchen towel. Easy to store, just roll up and tie it with the silicone tie wrap, so neat.

I used it for my Christmas baking,it stuck to my table top and had no movement at all,,,worked out really well!!

I liked everything about this product, I do a lot of baking, it will be used well
