The white elastic joint has a slightly raised area and this is pressed against your foot inside your footwear and as the day goes on it starts to hurt, I would not recommend the item.

I wear size 7 wide fits, and bought a medium rather a large to get a tight support. The medium seems snug, a good support. Definitely wouldn't go any larger or smaller. Great for exercise.

Having weak ankles, these were just what a doctor would have ordered! Comfortable enough to wear for a couple hours worth of walking. Not so tight that I had circulation problems with. Quick despatch & delivery from Amazon as always. A solid recommendation.

Not impressed with this. Doesn't do what it's meant to do. Not supporting on ankle, has too tight edges. Will not be using this. It's Going straight to the bin as its to expensive and hassle to send it back. I wish I had bought something from the local sport shop as I can see what I'm getting

These are perfect for me to wear for my cardio kickboxing class. I wear a size 5 shoe and ordered the small, although they feel a little tight I'm sure they will give a little. Very supportive for my ankles. Would recommend.

. The downside is the white seams on the brace cut into your feet & make it unbearable to wear.

I take a size 8 shoe and have a slim foot the medium is a little tight so possibly go bigger. Other than that good quality and delivered on time
