AR ANNOVI REVERBERI AR4120400 AR North America Pressure Washer 10.5 Extension Lance, 10 inch, Black

I ordered one of these to use with the AR flat surface cleaner I recently acquired so as to extend its wand to more closely conform to my height. I had no problem inserting the wand into the female end of the extension. For the male end it's a different story since for whatever reason, the male end is not configured to work with the handle of all AR washers, go figure, especially since the flat surface cleaner wand easily inserts into the handle. The extension has the right "ears", but has a stop that prevents insertion far enough in to engage the ears in the handle. There is also a screw on collar that apparently is there to more securely hold the extension in place for those models it may have been designed for. The collar has its own stop. By grinding off the stops and cutting about 1/2" off the collar I was able to make the extension work with my handle (no leaks), but it's a shame the extension design limits the models it will work with, especially since with a bit of work I was able to make it work fine, and even use the collar to better secure the extension to the handle on my AR pressure washer. My advice before you buy .... check your model number. Mine is an AR383 and it will only work with that model if you are willing to do a modification like I did.
