Available in 4 foot, 5 foot or 6 foot long staff. 1/4" of foam surrounds a plastic tube for a total diameter of 1-3/4". Each order includes a free carry bag. Excellent for light practice or beginning kata training.

Excellent Customer Service!
Bo staff is as pictured and customer service is excellent! Due to covid and the holiday rush, my order was lost in the mail for several weeks. When I realized this I contacted the company & they immediately sent me a new bo staff. I had other complications (out of their control) as well and they continued to answer me promptly & make sure I was taken care of. Great company & great product!

Good trainer and not going to scare anyone away from beginning due to pain from strikes.

It’s pretty good
The media could not be loaded. Not bad it’s good for training it’s sustains pretty well and delivers great force to a target but I would recommend the 5ft because I got the 6ft and it’s a bit wobbly for my liking but over all great training staff for people that are looking into buying this and another thing is my product didn’t come with its bag to hold the staff but no biggy lol

Very good for self practice, stretching, warming up. Lighweight, easy to pack and travel with, solid build, can take a beating.

Great buy!
This was a Christmas present for my 13 year old son. He LOVES it. He plays with/uses it numerous times a week and the staff still looks brand new. Great buy!
