Graef UNA9 Slicer

amazing design and fantastic quality. I'm really pleased with the item. It's easy to store and very easy to use. I did read reviews which say difficult to clean, but I disagree totally. This is nearly as good as it gets. Expensive, but worth it.

I like the slicer, the design is cool and its pretty easy (and safe) to use. The only downside is cleaning it is a bit of a pain. The sliding bed, blade cover and blade come off easily enough, but you can't do much other than wipe down the rest - and as the moving parts are lubricated with Vaseline its necessary to avoid wiping those bits.

I am very glad that I bought it even though I had to buy the smooth blade to be able to slice meet and vegetables. It does the job, is easy enough to clean once you know what you are doing and folds away in a drawer taking very little space in the kitchen. Depending on the use of the blade have to have it sharpen professionally like I do with my kitchen knifes. Great buy!

This slicer is the rolls Royce of slicers, It does the job with ease, Cleaning is a doddle, it looks sleek and efficient.When my sister saw it she asked *where's mine!!* love it!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. It's brilliant, easy to set up, use and clean. The fact that it folds away neatly is a massive bonus- no more cluttered worktops!

it is perfect for us with three children, you can slice everything from bread to parm ham, the only thing is that you can't do big quantities, for the overheating, as written on the manual but for a family use is perfect

After returning 2 cheaper slicers I can say you get what you pay for in this case, it may be a lot of money but worth every penny!
