The Electric Pecan Cracker

Crack pecan,was great help,hard to adjust,wish I had got the new version that is easier.

we love the ability to crack pretty fast and complete but if we put the pecan nut incorrectly it cracks the whole nut so, we have to be pretty careful while putting the nut into the machine. but due to our arthristm on our hands and fingers its great for us. Yes we love this machine. thank you

I was happy with it

Wonderful! It's a bit noisy, but is much less tedious than cracking each pecan by hand. Makes a big mess with shells flying all over the room, but small price to pay for the increase in speed. Am going to have to use it on the porch for the rest of the crop. Sometimes the nuts are over or under cracked, but for the most part does a great job.

You could have added the pedal for the price you pay for this and give better directions on how to use this machine

My wife purchased this as a retirement gift for me and I used it to crack around 20 pounds of soft shelled pecans and it quit working right in the middle of cracking. I really liked how it cracked the pecans but now the motor runs but does not turn the spindle.

If you crack pecans do not hesitate to purchase one of these machines. I purchased one for my father in the 80's. He passed away and I continued to use the cracker. We used the machine so much I had to send it back to the factory to get it refurbished, back in the 90's. Parts are still available and easily obtained, you want need to replace many parts.
