Buyer Beware! I bought this for my my outboard as a low cost replacement. After only 3 months, with ethanol free gas in it, inside a garage, the section between the ball and the motor was hard as rock! I didn't know that, I pumped the ball, and went out on boat. Had to raise the motor, the back down. The motor started to die, so I check the line... it had split open, that is when I check it to find it had no flex, a Hard, Dried Out Line. Took a small piece to match at auto store, first thing guy said, "This is not a fuel line".

Like many of the other reviews here state, the 'fuel line' is complete crap. Absolute trash; less than 6 months after purchase, straightening the line to use it, it broke as though made of ice / glass / cheap plastic. I has used it ~ twice, stored out of the sun. Afterwards, I spent $13 at local auto store for 7' of real fuel line and $2 for 2 more proper hose clamps (yes, $15 on top of the ~$14 initial purchase) and now I have a product that works as expected. I live in Colorado, use this for camping in summer and winter so it did experience temperature swings; however, proper fuel line manages here in CO just fine.

I purchased this fuel line in January 2019 in preparation for the summer months boatingJust went to use for the first time and found that the fuel line broke completely in half because it was brittle.This fuel line is very dangerous to user if this line broke or leaked fuel while in use near anything that might cause flame or sparkWARNING: DO NOT BUY!!!

I wouldn't call this a fuel line. It's not a durable material for the conditions experienced in a marine environment or any environment for that matter. It snaps very easily. Line had multiple fuel lines after a month on the boat. Spend the money and buy a higher quality line.

This hose has no reinforcement. It cracked wide open at the hose barb after 1 month of very limited use. Also the ball is showing dry rot, and this thing is so new the stainless hasn't started to discolor yet.

Fuel line started to rot and crack within weeks. Primer bulb also started to do the same thing. Have to replace this fuel line again. Good price if you’re in a pinch until you can afford a higher quality fuel line. Will mention the fuel line was used on salt water outboard, and is left outside at all times.

This product is garbage. I bought it and installed it in an outboard motor application. Within 60 days the rubber hose became brittle and broke. The bulb has weathering cracks and is not flexible anymore. There are NO reinforcement fibers in the hose. Do not use this in applications where durability is needed.

I received this order quickly and it worked for what I needed it for. I would recommend this for future purchases. Thank you
