My car will not start if the key fob battery is dead. It's derailed my plans before. The price isn't that bad for 2 batteries and I keep them stocked up

Again I cannot start my car, twice in 2 months, because each of these batteries were complete garbage.Edit 4/9/2025:Updating my review. I've learned recently that the Fobs for my vehicle have a poor connection with replacement batteries, after repeating the experience twice more. I placed some tape padding on the back of the latest "bad" battery giving a better connection, and it started working, so I'm not sure anymore if the battery was ever bad. Unfortunately I tossed them so I cannot confirm. Changed rating to 4 stars.
