Review your process’
Unfortunately for the second time in two days I am having to return the items due to defective parts.I assume the product is manufactured in China and as it is an awful long way, wouldn’t it be prudent to check prior to shipping to a customer? The packaging in both instances was in tact so I am assuming a defective manufacturing process or just travel vibrations causing them to detach..But please review your process’Regards.. PJM

So flimsy it showed up broken
Bought this as a Christmas present for my brother only to find that when it arrived one of the bookends had broken into its separate glued together parts.
