Needed to make a hole in a rush. And to it’s credit it did that.But it’s far from accurate. The cutter is way out of balance and wobbles in the drill press.The size is fine but the shaft maybe when welded to the cutting head or the heat of the weld during the carbide teeth has Badly effected the tool. It probably wobbles 5mm.

Used to drill a hole in a newel post (not ultra hard, like oak). But significantly blunted now. Thinking of returning.

I struggled to drill holes using a portable drill. It has a tendency to “walk” across the wood. I used it with a drill guide and have drilled a number of holes successfully although the last few were difficult as I think the bit is not as sharp as it could be.

Very sharpe drill bit have used many times still as sharpeWould buy again when required
