I bought the orange blossom variety and it is wonderful in my coffee w cream and terrific straight from the jar besides which, the producer has fantastic customer service. I recommend going to the website (mccoysfloridahoney dot com), which is beautiful and informative. I didn't know that honey has an antioxidant in it called pinocembrin, which is associated with improved brain functioning. Which is just what I need! AND I'm going to try the spoon before bedtime for better sleep. Who doesn't need that these days? I know I sound like an advertisement, but I'm just an Amazon customer living in Southern California and very happy to find such a quality product.
