Great product I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and thought I'd try getting some Pre-Workout and I couldn't be happier with the one I got. It tastes amazing and mixes and dissolves easily so thankfully I'm not getting a load of powder at the bottom. Also as I am slightly new to buying gym I don't know how much these usually cost but personally i feel like its a good size and is great value for money. Just to top it off but these past few days when I've used it have felt amazing so all in all I couldn't be happier i got this :)

This stuff really works well, it definitely gives you a boost to help you keep going. It tastes ok, but not lovely, there's always a strong bit at the bottom that won't mix in, and that bit reminds me of beecham powder, worth taking though.

I bought this preworkout after trying one of their energy drinks. The flavour and pre kicks in really quickly and there is noticeable tingles after about 15 minutes when the beta alanine kicks in. So do be weary that can happen to you if you take a full scoop.The actual concoction is lovely to drink, the flavours you can choose from are definitely up there and even if they’re similar to other brands, tend to still taste a little better.It’s very easy to use, simply scooping a serving into your drink. The performance is there with a noticeable energy boost for a few hours after consumption.

I’ve used this product for many years prior to my gym workouts. It powers me through anything my PT throws at me! No jitters or side effects.

I literally reorder the same pre-workout every few months but this time around something totally different arrived, in new packaging, and it was so grim. Not only did it turn my Teeth and tongue and revolting shade of blue but it tasted foul. I don’t know where my beloved silver tub green apple has gone but this ain’t it and I can’t get through to C4 to sort it. Save your money
