Fairly accurate replica for a stuffed animal!
This will be a gift for my wife who watches birds at our home. This spring and summer she has seen several song and other migratory birds so I purchased a few Audubon-recommended plush versions of them. While the size may not be accurately or relatively correct, the fabric detail and colors are quite good. And the fabric is soft of course.

Sadly, not as expected
The media could not be loaded. Maybe my expectations were too high, because other reviewers seem to be really pleased with this little stuffed bird, but I was actually quite disappointed. I was expecting a soft and cuddly, good-quality little stuffy, and I'm disappointed with the product that I received. It's neither as soft nor cuddly nor well-made as I had expected. The markings and colors are right, but it just looks like printed fabric. The wings aren't even separate from the body, just all of one piece. The bird call is a nice feature. I had planned to buy the whole series of these birds, but I'm glad I started with just one.

Great toy for small dogs
This is the 6th Audubon bird that we have purchased for our small dog (she is spoiled). She loves to play fetch in the house, and these birds are the perfect size, and “chirp” for her. Even though she is rough with them, none have torn so far. Great buy!
