Really good pecorino romano.
I thought I was crazy for ordering a costly cheese on-line. However, a good pecorino romano is hard to find.This tastes so good, is fresh and grates easily.

Finally, what I needed. We’re up in Cleveland, Ohio or I had this very accessible now I am in Cincinnati and no one has pecorino Romano off the wheel. This is awesome thank you.

Good Cheese, Terrible Shipping
This is good cheese, and the price is fair. I have no complaints about the quality.But when you ship cheese on a three day trip in the spring / summer, it needs more than ONE cold pack and a simple thermal bag. I'm sure, as a hard cheese, it will be fine, but I don't like cheese that arrives with oil seeping from it. Add a couple of bucks to the price and pack it better.

Advertised as 4.5 to 5 pounds. You get 2.5 pounds.
