Great for proofing my 2 kg batches.
Worked as described by bakers on you tube videos. Just needed to properly dust cloth lining with appropriate flour (I used rice flour) for easy release following incubation.

Love this basket
Wow! I got the basket super fast (Amazon Prime may have helped in this instance) - regardless it was here fast. I have since used it and was very satisfied - like 100% satisfied - with the product. It is a nice size - held my 2 pound loaf with no problems. I followed the directions and the loaf came out of the basket perfectly - no struggling. The ribs of the basket left a nice impression in the dough which translated to a nice pattern on the bread. The e-book about sourdough came in a few days after my purchase and it is certainly a fulsome book - 125 pages of information and recipes. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

Works well
I've used this product twice now. I'm not a professional baker so I'm not sure if it really is good quality, but it worked well and I have no complaints, it did make a difference with the way my bread turned out. I purchased a Second one.

Great for proofing.
Made my best sourdough so far thanks to this basket. Feels sturdy. Makes beautiful round markings on the loaf that stay during baking. Easy to use.
