Excellent camera at an excellent price. The bundle contains a lot of little items that were a nice extra as well. However, the mini tripod was not the one shown in the ad for the bundle and when I contacted Beach Camera they immediately took care of it and sent me the correct tripod and let me keep the incorrect one for my inconvenience. Great service! Unfortunately about a week later one of the batteries that came in the bundle proved to be defective as well. Just as with the tripod though, Beach Camera came through once again and immediately sent me a replacement battery. I know how little glitches can happen even with the best of businesses The difference in this company and many others is how they take care of those glitches immediately to keep their customers happy. Great service and I will be a Beach Photo customer again!

Ordered a camera for my son’s graduation present and paid as soon as I ordered it( Amazon) said it was shipped,so I was waiting for it to come ,but instead I received an email that it was cancelled due to account adjustment.they did refund my money but now we had to look for another company to purchase from. I called customer service to see what the issue was and was told they probably oversold and there were none left. A phone call would have been appreciated as now I don’t have a gift for him. They did send me a warranty card for which I have no use for. Thanks Beach Camera for ruining my son’s present….

As advertised, camera delivered as advertised. Two weeks and i have not yet received the photo software included in the package.

So far, the camera has performed flawlessly. The battery life isn't as good as previous models, but a handy spare battery is quick fix. The software that was promised with the kit is a download. No problem, it happens all the time. The customer service rep offered a physical copy if I had issues with the download. Download went fine, but the password and ID doesn't work. No solution at this point. If your decision to buy from this company is based on the full package, you may want to look elsewhere.

The package was everything I expected; when I finally received it. Nowhere in the description did it say anything about requiring a signature to receive the package. Given the cost of the package, I completely understand the signature requirement. If I had known this information at the time of the purchase, I would have had it delivered to a different location. Instead on the day it was scheduled to deliver I get a notification from FedEx stating they can't deliver it due to signature requirements. I contacted FedEx and they stated they can't change any of the delivery requirements only the seller/shipper. I contacted Beach Camera and spoke with a very nice lady in customer service, and she suggested changing the delivery to a FedEx location. I agreed to do this, and she stated it would be there the next day. The next day zero movement of the package from FedEx distribution center. Contacted FedEx again and they stated the package will deliver Friday to my home address. I took the day off from work to wait on the delivery and FedEx never delivered. Tried to contact Beach Camera but they had already closed. On Saturday FedEx delivered the package to my house and I asked the driver if I needed to sign for it and he said, "don't worry about it".
