Keto & Paleo Diet Necessity
These noodles are high protein, low net carb. Perfect for anyone on lower carb diet plans still craving carbs.They taste just like standard flour-based noodles. Their only disadvantage is their density. They simply won't soak up liquid the way flour-based noodles do, so they tend to clump together rather than expand in size the way you'd expect spaghetti or ramen noodles would. This makes visual presentation a little more challenging, but has no effect otherwise on taste, texture, or nutrition.

Great Product!
Love this pasta!Doesn't taste any different than regular pasta - although it's been so long since I've had regular, I might remember incorrectly. But seriously, this pasta is very good!

Lower carb alternative
The color may be off putting at first but this functions just like regular spaghetti. These are made from black soybeans not black beans. But they taste great.

Delicious
I love both the black bean and the edamamie pasta. Just tried something I want to share. I tried with the edamamie.I usually use as little water as possible. Don't want to discard because it contains edamamie. This time I had about 16 oz of liquid that i put it in a Pyrex measuring cup.Seasoned just a little and added risotto.Then zapped in short periods in the micro wave. I used a lower power than full.I let the water be absorbed. Completely.Oh my goodness was absolutely delicious.

GREAT Keto alternative with only 6-8 NET CARBS
Edamame has 6 NET CARBS / serving and black bean has 8 NET CARBS / serving - This is an AWESOME alternative for people following a LCHF diet.I have a problem with textures and can't stand noodles made with Shirataki Konjac. They're too squishy feeling for me. But these noodles are awesome!! Not perfect but pretty close. I just suggest adding a lot of salt, pepper and other spices or sauces, because they don't have much flavor.The first time I tried them I made a white sauces with heavy cream, fresh parm and mozzarella, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. I also added charizo. So delicious!

A Tasty Alternative
As a Type 1 Diabetic, I've searched for a reasonably low-carb/high fiber alternative to pasta, and these products seem to have done the trick. I was never happy with the consistency of shirataki noodles, so was pleased that these are much more pasta-like. Packaging and shipping from the seller was also very good.

I really like these noodles for helping me lose weight
Well I had to learn to like this but it was easy. It is part of my weight loss program and it is working. I make it several different ways like I pretty much eat this every days for lunch. Sometimes with light seasoning or other times with like a lentil soup. Gonna order more soon
