Shvigel Magnetic Money Clip - Genuine Leather - Minimalist - Mens Strong Magnet Wallet

I purchased this money clip to use with  Mens Slim RFID Blocking Front Pocket Card Wallet . A few years ago I began to downsize the amount of things in my wallet and this is my latest solution. I didn't want to sit on my wallet and I didn't want a wallet that would make a big bulge in my front pocket. I carry the slim wallet in my front pocket and the money clip in my back pocket. The money clip works really well. I've never had a failure of the magnet to hold my bills. You could probably carry a couple cards here as well as bills, but I haven't tried that. The money clip looks good and I've been using it every day for 6 months or so and it shows no signs of wear.

I had high hopes for this money clip. The clip itself appears to be made of a good quality material and the stitching appears to be quality. Unfortunately however, Shvigel decided to skimp on one of the most important parts of any magnetic clip - the magnet. The magnet is a low power very small magnet - it feels as if it is around 3/8" diameter and just one on each side of the clip. They do feel as if they are well positioned (lined up with each other) but with just a few bills folded up the magnetic holding power is minimal. I would doubt that it would hold more than 5 or 6 bills and still maintain magnetic closure.

This was a gift for my adult son. He was uncertain about keeping a magnet in close vicinity to his credit cards and I didn't know if that would be a problem. Nice strong magnet and nice leather.

Nice clip. larger than the Coach clip I lost but function is the same. magnet strength and life yet to be determined

This is a Christmas gift, but I peeked and it looks great. I'm sure my friend will be delighted and, since he has lost his old clip, will be thrilled to get it. Thanks for a good product.

Got this for my husband as a wedding gift. He use to keep his money wadded up in his pocket. Not any more.... It's very nice and worth the money...

The overall length is 3.5"long where the one I lost was 3" long. Also, the overall quality left something to be desired. I returned the unit for a credit and ordered a different much more expensive but one that will likely meet my expectations.
