MagLiteMini Mag AA Service Kit

Contains absolutely everything you will need, except the bulbs (seals, end caps, springs, switches, etc. There are PLENTY of switches (the bag in upper right corner in the pic) which are the parts I really needed, because it's always that little metal relay tab in the switch that breaks (be careful as the metal tabs do fall out, so do this on a bench so you won't lose small parts. Was able to quickly repair 2 maglites (AA) with this kit and have tons of parts left over. Come with easy directions, without which I would have struggled. This is a GREAT BARGAIN for the amount of parts you get (if you go to buy the switches "a la carte" the price is ridiculous).

This kit is an extensive and involved set of bits and pieces which will fix almost any issue an AA Mini Mag might have. I have currently four non functioning Mini Mags and this kit got three of them working ... with a bit of intricate adjustments. The reason I have so many of these little marvels is most likely due to the switch failing, and me obtaining another one to replace the bad flashlight. But I kept them all in a plastic storage box and when I became aware of the the repair kit - I bought it. And the kit works!The fine print in the instructions was a bit distracting but - I've learned a lot and now am looking for a kit for the AAA Mini Mag and even for a few Solitaires which have finally given up. The collection of all these things wasn't deliberate but took almost fifteen years to accumulate so - I know what works for me and I've stuck with it. When regular flashlights give up in a month or two, Mag Lites keep on working for years ... and now I know how to fix them myself.I'm gloating now - but it feels justified. Great kit, instructions are printed a bit small for my aging eyes. Now, if I could only find one for the AAA's ...

I needed something like this to fix two AA Maglites that had battery damage. The listing says it comes with reflectors and end caps, what I received did not. It came with lenses, o-rings, end cap springs, and spare bulb holders for the end cap. Despite not having reflectors, this had what I needed to get my Mags going again - mostly, new switches to replace what had to be destroyed to get the old batteries out, and new tail cap springs. So it’s not a huge inconvenience- but still, it doesn’t come with everything advertised. Aside from all that — they appear to be genuine Maglite and worked great. Got one AA nag working for the first time since 2018.

One of my two flashlights stopped working and I decided to buy this kit to see if I could fix my flashlight. This kit appeared to be a good value since it had replacement parts for everything that could be replaced on my flashlight and it had several items of each part. The price was way better then trying to buy individual parts.After receiving the kit, I was able to one by one replace 3 defective parts on my flashlight and once again it is working again.This was a good purchase and I believe that I will have enough parts to last a very long time.

I did not receive any reflectors or endcaps.

If I could give this a thousand stars, I would. This kit is an original parts kit with brand name Maglite parts! It has multiples of literally every part of a mini mag, even the o rings. If you are looking to repair an old mini mag that has seized up batteries in it, and you destroyed the switch (the black plastic part) then this is what you want. I don't know how or why this kit is on amazon, but it could not be a more perfect kit. It even comes with the special tool that makes installing and removing switches super easy. It is also the updated switch design which uses two pegs. Whoever is selling this kit is a saint and deserves free beer for life.

10 sets of parts come in this kit. The switch I installed was a little "iffy" but works. If there is any corrosion in the barrel, it will cause a problem inserting the bottom of the switch. The little "t" piece kept being knocked out. I finally put that contact in place coming thru the top. I wrapped the tool in 120 grit sand paper and honed out the barrel until the batteries would slide in smoothly. If I had some anti-seize, I would have put it on the batteries, especially the top one. The Mini Maglite I repaired must be at least 20 years old. It was used by a maintenance man who has since passed on.

Did not receive the tail caps when order arrived

I have a few maglite minis had them for years its good to be able to keep them working great service from this company too.

Mich hat gefallen , wann Ich bemerkt habe das der packet war vorher aufgemacht (von unbekannten) und mit Prime Klebeband abgedeckt war(zum schein) - es war vorher mit versiegelungsband gesichert , Ich hab sofort angerufen und sehr freundlich betreut . Danke

La mia vecchia Mini-Mag Lite aveva smesso di funzionare anni fa (per motivi a me ignoti), deciso di provare a darle nuova vita ho trovato questo kit di pezzi di ricambioContiene molteplici copie dello stesso pezzo e di tutti i pezzi: guarnizioni, lenti, riflettente, toroide, molla ecc, tranne testa e tamburo (il corpo per capirsi) e in più un utilissimo foglio illustrativo (che allego in foto), che spiega passo passo come eseguire la manutenzione e riparazione.NON sono comprese lampadine, che comprate a parte (su Amazon o in negozio il prezzo era uguale circa 10 € per due lampadine) costano quanto ho pagato questo kit (11 €). Comunque ho scoperto (grazie ad un video su youtube) che una lampadina di scorta è già inclusa nella torcia, alla base coperta dalla molla alla base. A saperlo prima 10 euro risparmiati.Ottimo acquisto, il valore (sentimentale) della mia vecchia torcia nuovamente funzionante comparato con i soldi spesi per questo kit, non ha prezzo
