Good for masks
I used this as an outer layer of making face masks. it was easy to cut, although the material was a little thin. I already realised that after washing a few times, the material became very soft and easy to tear.

Good Value
Used for face masks. Easy enough to work with, great value for money, only issue is that it starts to fray quite easily after cutting if you don't sew it up right away, may not be an issue for most people but caused me a little hassle! Would recommend it!

colours good
The colour is good for what I needed, but material seems a bit silky for polycotton. I'm hoping that I will be able to paint on this as I planned. I know I could on other polycottons which were more like sheeting quality. If it was just for sewing I think it would be very good. Fingers crossed and may update when I have tried.

Layers for face masks
Material fair price, was a bit worried that it might not be pristine after reading other reviews, however it is fine. I use two layers of this with a thicker a material to make face masks. It washes well and has not shrunk after a couple of washes at hotter temperatures.

Material
i wanted a nice red table cloth for Christmas, but had left it to late, found this material so took a chance delivery was next day. The material is lovely so easy to sew so really pleased with my choice. The price is really good and worked out much better than the price of a table cloth so many thanks . xx

Not good for iron on transfers but lovely otherwise.
It is the strangest thing something I have never seen before. When I used a hot iron to iron on a transfer, the black colour of the fabric came right through the transfer as tho it was melting. It wasn’t melting I have no idea what it was doing or why. OTHERWISE THIS IS A QUALITY FABRIC.

Dalston Mill Polycotton, white
This is really basic quality for the price, and I am not even sure if you could say it was that good. The weave is not straight and not perpendicular to the selvedges. This is not a minor problem- the weft threads had a significant skew. This means that all the cut pieces were not straight on the grain, so you had to cut them by checking the weft direction, and have pieces that were then not straight to the selvedges. Or you cut them according to distance from the selvedge and then you have pieces that are effectively cut on the bias. Would not recommend this fabric, and would not buy again.

Great for craft or fancy dress which is how i used it. Quite strong and light with a almost felt like texture.Doesnt seem like it will be suitable for applications that will see a lot of wear though. Iif you are using this for more serious projects I would suggest getting something a bit higher quality as you can definitely tell this isnt clothing quality material but great for most general applications.
