STACY ADAMSMen's Santos Plain-Toe Side Zipper Boot

Wore shoes for a few month and the soles started to peel off. A thin piece of leather was glued to the bottom of the original sole. The sole underneath the bottom of the shoe had a 3 inch by 1 inch hole that the thin piece of leather was covering up. A retreaded shoe. Will never buy another Stacy Adam product again. I have been purchasing Stacy Adams boots for many years and never had a shoe delaminate like this pair has done. Stacy Adams needs to look in to how their product is being manufactured in offshore manufacturing plants. Stacy Adams use to be a top quality shoe. Bring back the quality!

I'm highly disappointed by these shoes. I purchased them for my father. $96 dollars and 2 days later, they arrived and he happily opened them, only to find that they had already been worn. Not worn around the house, but what appears to be worn to a party or occasion. The soles are scuffed, there are severe creases at the toe and heel, and the heel itself is scuffed, from when you use one foot to hold the shoe and slip your foot out of the other shoe. Not to mention the insert on the inside is coming out. They will be going back immediately.

These are good except for one issue I have never had before. The edge of the heel can be felt through the sole of the shoe, where it ends at the instep. After wearing for a period of time it hurts significantly. Dont expect to stand in these all day, it will kill the arches of your feet. I have had many shoes with cuban stylw heels as these have. They look very nice and can be worn with a suit or with chinos. I had hoped the izsue with the heel would disappear as the heel wire in, but that is not the case. I wiah that I could like them more, but a shoe that hurts the arches if your feet is a virtually worthless shoe. If you can sit for extended periods the pain goes away, but any time I stand for over an hour or so it comes right back.

I've been wanting a higher heeled boot or shoe for some time and I've been eyeing the Stacy Adams for quite some time. I could not be happier with my purchase. The fit is snug, but not tight and I feel like I could walk 100 miles in them. I replaced the sole with a rubberized sole to get more traction on the variety of materials and conditions you may find on NYC streets and I added a tap on the heel to extend the life of the boot.Thus far, it has preformed wonderfully and I plan on purchasing the same boot in other colors.

Normally wear a 10.5 to 11, leaning more towards 11. Size reviews have varied but I generally read that they run slightly larger so I went with size 10.5. and tried them on with a crew type sock and they fit perfect. Lots of room in the toe box area. They have a slick coating on the bottom so you will def want to spend 5 min scuffing them up. The color is definitely more towards brown (especially in the light) than cognac. Really like the Cuban heel. I'm 6' but if I was a short guy I would definitely recommend getting something with a heel. Very nice iteration of a Beattle boot.

Very good boots! I am very satisfied!! I love Cuban heels !!! The leather is soft and looks great! They are also very comfortable despite the taco. They come to their real size. They arrived in normal size packaging !!! Not the traditional great packaging that the boots arrive that make it weigh more the product. I like the smooth soles of these boots. They are hard to find like this. They are more sliding to dance and I like that it makes the heel sound. I'm thinking of buying the browns when they lower the price.

First order was way too large. Returned the 11 M and reordered in 10 M. My foot measures between 10.5 M and 11 M. UPDATE: Received the 10 M, and they fit about right. Maybe, a tiny bit loose in the width, but okay. Just right in length. They look great. They appear to be quality and well made. I just hope I can get used to walking around with the heel being as high as it is. To me the color is standard brown--maybe a little lighter than in the picture--but too close to argue. Someone reviewed that there wasn't enough arch support--I don't agree. Changed my rating from one star to four. (PS: The return of the 11 M, and the refund was very quick and painless--no muss, no fuss. Take care not to mess up the packaging when you open it--on every item.)

these are a nice pair of boots. They are comfortable & fit good. I ordered them a 1/2 size larger than my regular show size.Both width & length are near perfect for me & they don't jam my toes as boots tend to do when they are tight fitting & they slipon easier also. They are well made & look good. I'm happy. Might get another pair down the line when I get some mad money.keep in mind, on reviews of shoes/boots you need to realize that what works for me may not work for someone else.We are all made different & arches & widths etc very quite a bit. Do some research & know what you need.

Though sizing was a bit deceptive, it wasn't enough to turn me off--a quick pair of insoles was enough to obviate a return. As to the boots themselves, they have just the right level of sheen to the leather to be noticeable without drawing too much attention. Heel height and angle give stylish feel, but again without being too over-the-top. Cognac color is just right--not too brown not to maroon. Many compliments as casual wear with jeans and as cheeky business accessory.

These are one of the best pairs of BOOTS i have ever had. Fit PERFECT, very soft leather.The Price was GREAT and Delivered ON TIME. Only wish i could FIND ANOTHER PAIR of THESE GREY BOOTS i got the LAST PAIR. Grey POLISH is JUST as Hard to FIND. If you can find them, BUY THEM.

Should be offered in a wider option. This boot is quite narrow and I had to exchange for the larger size 11 when I normally get a satisfying width in a range between 9.5 or 10 .

A very nice boot, soft leather upper. The sole is a bit slippery but that will wear down in no time.

They are very shiney, they show some wrinkles and soles are very slippery when you first wear them. The fit is good.

Fits as expected - a little large on the side by the zipper bottom but good. Nice and shinny.
