Ever since switching to the keto diet, I've been looking for an alternative to putting honey into my bottles. This definitely works for me. The taste is a little strong if I put one scoop in something less than 12 fl oz, but in a 16 oz bottle, the taste is just right. The mix definitely keeps me going during my half marathon trail races or longer distances where there are very few, if any, aid stations. I've even put these in my bottles for long, self-supported training runs and I have enough fuel and alertness to get me through the long trails and the climbing.Definitely worth trying to see if it work for you!

I bought the grape and the blueberry acai (still waiting on the blueberry to arrive).PRO: The grape tastes really good. I add a little more water to it so it's not too strong. The first few days I only used half a scoop because I have GERD so I don't want to have any flare-ups. Def gives me that boost to get through my workouts and no crashing after.CON: For the amount of money spent buying it, it's only half full.

People have commented they only get “half a container.” That’s what happens with fine powders: they settle. If they weighed them they would see it’s the correct amount.As for Ketones, I’ve only used Pruvit before and this is easily comparable! I’m still not 100% sure the best way for my own body to use it (right away in AM, workouts, afternoon, etc…) but I like the fact there’s sodium because then I don’t need as much for electrolytes while cutting carbs.

I won't buy this from Amazon again.....it was bitter and very clumpy and chunky and hard to mix. I usually buy from GNC and it is very easy to mix and delicious, but this one from Amazon is bitter and just nasty!!!! I do love this but not from Amazon!!!

The product is great. Have ordered many times. This must have been sitting on a shelf for a while. The label says shake vigorously. I am having to chisel with an ice pick to get chunks off. It does dissolve but doesn't have the vibrant taste of others I purchased/

I love the taste of it. I bought it on 2/2/22, received it on 2/4/22. It says it expires on 2/22. There’s no way I’d finish this within February 2022. I got a refund but now I’m not sure how I feel about buying on amazon.

This product has a great taste. Very similar to a salty grape kool-aid with less sugar. Also works great with weight loss, appetite control and energy. Note, I'm using this in addition to higher protein food choices and moderate exercise.

I've tried other keto supplements. This grape is the best, and the price is half the other brand I used. Dissolved easily. I like to put in glass bottle in very cold water. Picks me up in afternoon and curbs my appetite.
