Pet Friendly, Durable, Pet Washer
I have two rescue dogs both Shepard Lab mix. They are approximately 60lbs. This pet washer does a great job but it does have pros and cons. I have used a couple others of which the names I do not recall. The Conair definitely has a superior build quality and feels durable enough. I am using the fittings that attach to the shower vs the fittings that attach to an outdoor hose. The fittings have a good build quality and has a separate button to switch from shower head to pet washer and it works good. The sprayer has two settings, a wide spray and high flow but low pressure pour. I like this because in the past some of the sprayers I have used have been very loud which startles my dogs. They are already anxious because they are not a fan of the bathing process but they love swimming, I don't get it. As for the cons, the sprayer itself has a sort of trigger mechanism which is used to activate the water coming out of the sprayer. I know its personal preference but I don't particularly like this feature. I would rather have it always on. It is enough work to try to hold and manipulate the dog while bathing. The last thing I need is another item to manipulate. I have been using a zip tie around the trigger to keep the flow of water on which works fine. The other con is that the hose is a bit stiff for my liking. Some of the other pet washers I have used have a more pliable or flexible hose, the Conair has a nice durable hose but the trade off is the hose stiffness. I have only used the washer a few times so perhaps it will break in a bit. At the end of the day these cons are not deal breakers for me. I am most happy about the fittings where it connects to the shower head. The last one I had was plastic and cheap and cracked and then leaked all over the place. I replaced it and the same thing happened again. The Conair fitting is metal and robust, it hasn't cracked or leaked. In spite of my pet peeves (no pun intended) I would buy the Conair again.

All in all, its nice to have vs. the alternative, but it could really use some more work to make it great.
This is nice because I can shut off the water more conveniently to scrub the dog. However, the water doesn't fully turn off, a small stream of water (you can hear the noise from it too) continues to come out when you are not holding down the on button. Its very slippery to hold when your hands are all soapy and covered in dog hair and whatever else, wish there was more grip to it. The attachments and hoses seem to be well made but the main part, the head, could use a little more work. Also the 2 stream functions could use to have a little more pressure. All in all, its nice to have vs. the alternative, but it could really use some more work to make it great. I have used it on two 60lb dogs now, and it wasn't too bad, just took a while to rinse out the soap.

Would be better with some tweeking
I like the fact that it has two water settings, even though I only used the shower setting. It also has the rubber tip attachment to help pull out the loose hair, but only recommend using that on short haired dogs. Hose was long enough and the quick connect was nice. That's all I liked about it. Will keep looking for something better.Should have a finger/thumb controlled on/off switch instead of a trigger. While washing the second of five dogs, my hand started cramping from having to continuously hold the trigger. There should be a swivel at the end that attaches to the hose so you don't have to fight the hose when you want to turn the pet washer over to wash the belly of the dog.

Ok to use outside hooking up to hose. Keeps the mess outside rather than in the bathroom

Not worth it
I was really looking forward to an easier way to bathe my dogs, especially since I have one that requires 3 baths per week and he absolutely love the massage head.Easy to put together, easy to install but it leaks bad along the bottom side seam in the handle. You just about take a bath with your dog. This is the second one I've got that has this same issue and I've not bothered to send this one back. I'll just go back to the old way of doing it

Makes bathing much easier!
Bought this attachment because during the summer we wash our dogs outside and using the hose sprayer gets me and the dogs wet. Before I had to use a rubber nubby brush and while I was juggling between the hose, soap, and the brush the dogs would try to walk away. I connected the pet washer easily and it was great! The black nubs (brush) makes getting all the soap out and it helps wash out their undercoat much easier. And the BEST part is it can all be done with one hand.

Good
Have had this for a while and like it quite a bit. Comes with all the needed indor and outdoor attachments. The hose is plenty long (thats what she said) when using it indoors on a shower. It mostly plastic though and feels cheap. Fittings have never sealed well so it can make a mess inside.

Makes bathing dog so much easier!
This product worked wonders for bathing our Doodle. When using it there were no leaks and the on/off switch on handle worked great for when having to shampoo. The product was super easy to install and most of all, there was not distress for our dog. Would recommend to other dog owners!

Does not work on my tub
Even though the description says it can be used on a tub, none of the connection options worked in my case. You either have to install it on an external garden hose connection or with the shower divert adapter. Can't say anything about the overall product quality because I couldn't even start installing properly. Material looks cheap, though, and I wonder maybe this is why I've seen so many reviews mentioning it leaks everywhere. I'm returning for a refund.

Good Product
This is my 2nd Conair dog washer. I left the 1st out in an overnight freeze which cracked it, of course. I use this outside exclusively, and all year(southern Vancouver Island gets no snow and lotsa winter rain) though I note that it can be attached to your bathroom shower and comes with an 8ft hose, as well. Instead, I use the quick connect in the package with the garden hose to flush the wet season grit from the doggy undercarriage and for routine dog bathing. Works well without terrorizing the dogs. After treating the first Conair so carelessly, I'm more careful with the new one. I won't drop it on anything but the grass, and won't leave it out to freeze. That said, I don't mean to imply that it is a delicate thing. Indeed, it is fairly sturdy. Nice product.

shower head leaking
The features and parts sent are good. all plastic . I like the fact that this can be used on a garden hose and in the shower. I had a hard time getting the shower connection tight enough so it did not leak need to use a wrench to make it really tight .. the shower head leaks so have asked for a replacement .. hopefully new shower head is good

Does not work properly and leaks when the trigger is not engaged
Bought for my daughter who is a groomer. Hooked it up as have done many times before with other washers. The product immediately leaked through the nozzle, NOT at any fittings. The full spray worked properly, the curtain spray did not. It continuously leaks when the trigger is not engaged. cannot even find a place to talk to someone to have it replaced or get money back

Save your money
I have used this product twice since I received it and it leaks from everywhere. The seam of the spray head, and the connections even with the washers installed and tightly screwed together. Complete waste of money.
