This cash drawer replaced a cash drawer used for 40 years. It has worked like a dream. The operation is very smooth and it's very sturdy. We are very pleased. The seller has been quick to respond and very accommodating as we reached out to purchase additional keys. I would highly recommend this drawer as well as the seller.

Quality first! Love it.
Definitely excellent quality. This cash drawer itself is a heavy duty product, well built. It is heavy and strong. The slots are just the right width and length for all the U.S. currency notes. I like the solid dividers between slots, not removable. It comes with a "Open Drawer Cord" plug into the credit card processor, so no need to use the key. Make sure to keep the key in a safe place, outside of the drawer, just in case. Love this drawer!

Didn't even last a year...
Used it everyday...key broke 4 times and they don't send you replacements for free. It costs like $20 to buy new keys. Eventually the key mechanism broke and now it's out of warranty. Such a waste.

Great for High Volume
Great drawers. I use in a liquor store with high volume. Very smooth opening and closing. The change spots are a little deeper than my old drawers but we adjusted quickly. The company also responded very quickly for my request to ad extra money trays for employees. Highly recommend this company.
