The media could not be loaded. Don't believe all the other reviews! This shake is delicious 😋 I blend it with 10oz water like it states, 5 icecubes and sometimes a tablespoon on peanut butter. Like all other protein powders, the containers are never full. The powder is compact from shipping movement. I fluffed it up and it looks like the right amount. Also don't pack your scoop, and weigh it to get familiar with proper serving. The taste is chocolate with a little earthy. I like that, doesn't taste super sweet that way and feels healthy. Does send you to the bathroom a few hours later. I'm okay with that though, means it's working my system to flatten my belly 😊 will buy again! Cheaper price than other products I used in past.

I BEG YOU TO PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS! I decided to try it bc my SNAP covered the cost, and I wanted to use it as a meal replacement! DEAR GOD ABOVE!! I ordered the Vanilla, but the powder looked like the Chocolate. That should have been my first clue! Ofcourse the tub is HALF full! I put one scoop in 5oz of 2% milk, pulsed it a couple times in my BULLET and before I even took a drink THE SMELL MADE ME GAG. I took a drink and honestly....I ALMOST THREW UP IN MY KITCHEN SINK!!! Im so upset! The price tag is so HIGH bc the company knows NOONE WILL BUY THIS TRASH AGAIN!!! I CANT IMAGINE CHOCOLATE WOULD BE ANY BETTER!! LORD HAVE MERCY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASE!! Save your money and if you want a tasty meal replacement then buy the Carnation Breakfast Drinks! They are delicious and packed full of vitamins and minerals! Or the Dymatize Fruity Pebbles flavor ISO100 protein shakes! Its CHEAPER and you get double the tub size! And it's good!DO NOT BUY THIS!!! YOULL WISH YOU DIDNT!

Whyd you guys remove the EBT Eligible option? I wish you didnt! This was the one meal replacement shake, that actually worked for me and showed results. My weight has fluctuated my whole life and ive been miserable as a result, but this, i would have continued to probably buy this for the rest of my life had it remained EBT eligible!! PLEASE bring more of these back to EBT eligibility. Im trying to lose weight and this is one of the only things ive found that works with my body. Im trying so hard to have enough money but its not easy because i have 2 children. Please bring more back to EBT eligibility. And because i work, i barely get any EBT stamps. Please work with those of us who work hard but dont have much :(These are absolutely wonderful. But I've noticed a unnecessary uptick in the price of these repeatedly? And they took away the EBT eligibility for the vanilla which is really unfortunate. But otherwise these taste great. But with the price repeatedly going up, I'll probably not be able to get these anymore. It was nice while the price was actually fair! Please make it fair again!!!

The tea for sure works buy that! Day 5 and down 10lbs! The shake is extremely sweet and you CAN taste the strawberry...perhaps others got a bad batch...lol! I add a turmeric pre/probiotics supplement to curb the sweetness bc they went overboard with the monkfruit lol! It does make me full for a bit as I do add frozen fruit as well as collagen and seamoss. But idt it really curbs the appetite perhaps bc I am not eating full meals. I would NOT pay full price for this as I got a discounted jar bc it will expire in a couple of months. Best idea EVER!I am intermittenting fasting and eating a plant based diet currently. Also doing a minimal 10 minute exercise daily to get myself started somewhere! I am excited to see what day 30 brings!

First lets list the pros and cons:Pros:TastyEasy to mixBang for your buck- has lasted me longer than expectedCons:Didn't see a difference in bloating or overall health while usingI used this pretty consistently for a couple weeks, and still haven't ran out. I then stopped using for a little bit, and I didn't notice too much of a difference. I think this is a tasty product that is easy to make and leaves you feeling good about consuming something green and that contains vitamins. But I didn't see a huge difference in energy, mood, gut health or bloating- which are the main advertising points of this product.Overall, I like it. I like having a tasty drink to get me through the day that isn't soda. I might consider repurchasing in the future. But this is not a necessity for me, and definitely not the miracle product that influencers have made it out to be.

I decided to try flat tummy since it’s all over social media and i haven’t heard a bad thing about it yet, I got it off Amazon because I’ve heard if you buy off the flat tummy website it takes FOREVER for shipping. But let me say sis, THIS IS NOT WORTH 80 some dollars 💀. I’ve only been using it for 3 days and I will continue to use it until it runs out to see if I notice results, and will update you guys but I will say I have been using it as a meal replacement for my dinner and it really does suppress my hunger for the rest of the night. I really have a bad habit of eating heavily at night, so this amazed me that I can last from 5pm through 12pm without snacking. Especially since I work with food. Anyways, I got the chocolate flavor and the taste is horrible, and no matter how hard you blend it it’s still chalky in some sips and very chunky. It says to use it 2 times a day, but I just can’t see that happening, and I feel like it would run out more quickly.

What I like about this product is that it really has help to lose weight. I feel more energetic and full.. I'm not eating random stuff. I work in a fast food.. so u know that sometimes we don't have time to eat... girl, this right here. Makes u feel full and loosing weight?! Yes, please
