Not bad at all
I bought this knife, for a specific reason,I believe it will accomplish that.I’ll start with the blade...this is not a typical Kubey knife...the blade is doubtful as to being D2.I believe it’s a simple 440..and there’s nothing wrong with that steel at all.440C and Aus 10 are two of my favorites. They don’t rust easily and sharpen up nicely. They don’t keep the edge very long...but stropping after use with a ceramic rod,s all you really need to do.Kubey is known for strong frames...this one is it.In fact it’s on the flimsy side. Why 4 stars...simple.The ergonomics are good,it is sharp, and a few strops made it very sharp. But this is no everyday carry,IMO,it won’t hold up.But the blade(extremely interesting half Karambit and half Warncliff was what I wanted. It’s also a good looking knife...but not worth the price.Unless of course you see what I see in the blade.

Really Nice Knife
This is a really nice pocket knife. The wood is beautiful. The overall shape has an attractive and artistic flair. The action is fantastic. (Especially once broken in, the "push button" method is very satisfying.) The blade shape is great for opening packages. The factory edge is decent. Edge retention has been excellent. There seems to be a lot of suspicion regarding Chinese D2 but in this case, I'm very happy with it.The only complaint has to do with ergonomics. It feels good in a basic grip but there are a few hot spots that make themselves known with hard use. The pointy base of the handle looks cool but doesn't feel great if you push against it. I also would have liked to see this with a deeper carry clip.

My first, but not last, Kubey knife.
Beautifully designed knife with a killer sharp blade right out of the box. I have not had to sharpen it yet, but it may prove alittle challenging with the convex curve the edge has. The nice, although generic, looking wood handle is comfortable and fits my large hand well. My one complaint is the black pocket clip. The knife is all wood and shiny polished steel...the black clip just doesnt fit. But a small esthetic gripe.

So buttery i keep flippin it open
Wow, for the price i cant believe it. Heavy and sturdy in the hand, excellent finish and grain. Cant believe im writing a review about a knife but its nice as hell, oh and its a razor, shaves out of the box. Smoother action then any of my assisted blades.

Classic design, sharp, solid Wharncliffe blade.
Petsonally I love this knife. The Wharncliffe blade design is my favorite. Not too bulky, made of wood with a classic style, nothing fancy or tacticool, but sharp and works great.
