It gives you a lot of energy during exercises, flavor is really good and since you only have to take a tbsp per serving it lasts a lot. 100% recommended!

It’s a very tasty vitamin & until a vitamin bloodwork is done + a bone density test is complete by the end of the year I’ll know if the product is all it written to be.

Not like the others I’ve had
Smelled rancid super bubbly like it had carbonation. Felt sick all day. Dumped down the sink this morning.

It seems to help with shedding off some pounds
Be sure to use it when it will have an effect. It only seems to help when you take it before heavy cardio work. It doesn't seem effective when you are just lifting.
