Very Good product worth the money
I liked how easy the instructions were to understand. Especially the photos were crystal clear. I have to say job well donewith the hardware photos with the description of the various pieces. Due to the fact not everyone works with metrics all the time. No tools were required for assembly. The graph for antenna height for miles to the tower was very helpful. One must remember you need to get above solid objects. I put the antenna on 12ft wooden post. The pictures are so beautiful. We are approximately 40miles to the broadcasters. There wasn't any difference from having one TV hooked up or two.Customer Service is very good.Definitely worth your time and money. No I am not beingpaid to write this. Just the oppositeI work to find good products.

Works good with minor problems
The antenna and assembly work fine. The problems are that the product says it is recommended to be 30’ above the ground. Unless you have a 2 story home, this is hard to accomplish. I have mine around 14’ off the ground and get several channels, but not all that I would receive if it was higher. I am looking for an extension for this system that I can just add on. The specs don’t show what size rod it takes for an extension. The hookup says it needs to be hooked up directly to the splitter that it comes with and then out to the tv. That means you have to drill a special hole for the cable to come in. I am assuming this is the way it is with all of them. It rotates fine, but I do wish it had a direction on the remote rather than just waiting till it hit one end and then turning back. You have to visibly see the antenna to know where it is at. Also, every time you adjust the antenna, you have to do a channel search. It works good, but beware there are some minor problems.

Great product, excellent Service!
The product is good quality, and pretty easy to put together. I had an issue with power after installing it, and their service team responded to my email the night I sent it out. They walked me through isolating the problem, and sent me out a replacement part within 24 hours. Best Service I've had since I began using Amazon. Could not be happier with the product and the company. Works great!

Doesn't make it a year before malfunctioning.
Bought back in Nov 2021. It's July 2022 and the antenna malfunctioned. The red light at the bottom turned off and all signal was lost. I can only assume the board inside failed. Beware of this antenna, you will have to purchase another one a few months later.Update: Customer service sent me a replacement and the replacement was not only a different antenna but it also arrived in a damaged box with pieces missing. I was clearly sent a returned item. I've contacted the seller about this and have not heard from them for 3 days. If no contact occurs this week, I will be getting Amazon involved in this.Amazon has given me a full refund for this antenna after telling them about the bad customer support cekay has. I'm talking about you Carol. After noting the damaged and bad replacement, she has ignored me completely. I will not be buying from Cekay again. And stay away from Cekay as customer support will show its true colors. Nice at first but then get ignored and have trouble.

Its okay
The directions are a little wonky and overall the piece feels cheap. I was able to get a few channels with it about 7 feet off the ground.. And about 20 with it 20 ft above. It is not easy to mount. Also, I wish i could connect it to multiple.tv's.

Easy assembly and clear picture
It was easy for me to assemble and connect the cables. The instructions were very clear. Since there’s a lot of tall trees on my property, I also purchased a 41 foot tall telescoping antenna mast from Amazon. This necessitated getting a longer cable. The CeKay company was easy to contact and graciously offered to send me an additional 32 feet of coaxial cable. They also helped with determining what stations the antenna could pick up at my house. I am extremely happy that I bought this antenna and can now see free tv!

Great antenna!*
(*some soldering may be required). The antenna is fairly straight forward to set up. The rotation control is a little odd but you'll get used to it quickly. The picture quality is really great and so is the antenna's ability to pull in a signal.Your control box may be fine, but mine had a broken coax terminal on the control box (the connector you connect the antenna to). I had tested the whole setup before mounting the antenna, but afterwards I couldn't figure out initially why I couldn't get a picture or control the antenna. By chance I wiggled the connector and that's when I discovered the connector was loose.Once I opened up the control box I could see that the connector's solder connection to the board had broken. It took me longer to open the box than it did to resolder the broken solder joints. Normally I'd have just sent the whole thing back but because it's so inexpensive (and I REALLY didn't want to climb up a ladder and pull the antenna down), I just fixed the problem myself.Overall, assuming you don't get a defective unit, the antenna is GREAT! I'm pulling in more channels than I was with an indoor unit, even through a splitter that's feeding two TVs (including one with a finicky tuner). Even if you get a good one be EXTREMELY CAREFUL with the control box. The internal PCB isn't of the highest grade (which shouldn't be a surprise at this price), and you can very easily break those solder joints if you put too much stress on the connector. I only dinged the antenna a single star for this because at this price point you can't expect military grade equipment here. LolFinally, I also swapped the included coax cable for a 100ft quad shielded cable and it works with zero issues. You only need to avoid using noise filters or splitters on the line that attaches to the antenna since they'll filter out the control signal to the antenna.

outside antenna HDTV
all parts were in the package, easy assy. Very easy to installIf you have a old dish on your roof, not in use, cut the wire off it, drill 4 holes and bolt it to the top of it. Couple the cable into the house using old TV cable, works great.
