This is by far the best period medicine I've ever used . And I got it on sale so even better!

I always thought this was some holdover from the 70s, snake oil product. And am mad I didn’t try it sooner. Finally, after decades of suffering, and taking Zoloft for PMDD, Magnesium and ibuprofen (which all help and I still take), I’ve started this to deal with cramping and fatigue, two symptoms the other drugs don’t help. And the worst two, after the help I get from the others.These must be Loaded with caffeine b/c regular liquid coffee has never been able to combat my PMS fatigue, but this does. And the cramping isn’t always 100% gone, but enough that I can mostly ignore the discomfort.Depending on the day (the severity fluctuates month to month), I can go from spending most of the day in bed to being functional and having the energy to carry out chores, which is huge. So, this has my vote. And now I understand why it’s still being sold. It works.

This is just me , and my gf, and my mother (from 40 years ago) opinion… but this is the best stuff ever and saves my life. My mother always laughs like, “ wow they are still in business? Makes sense always worked when it was the only thing available in my time to treat menstrual symptoms , and never heard a bad word said about the pill or the people. “ I have an adrenal disorder, I can’t take Tylenol straight up or ibuprofen straight up. Weird but I accept it , this pill gives me the perfect combo plus the caffeine to ease it into my bloodstream without the nausea and heartburn the other pills give . Except for Equate acetaminophen , which I cannot find anymore . I know it’s something about the cut they use , or filler, or stamp (whichever region your drug lingo is from ). It works well and I love them for giving me a chance to live when I am on my period. I think it should be marketed to everyone in mankind, it should be good for bio men too, in my humble opinion. 🙌🏾

I really love to order these especially around my terrible premen monthly cycles! It helps out with the fatigue. There is caffeine in these, but I don't feel any significant crash. Take as recommended. Every 4-6 hours. I take mine in the morning and it helps me get up and start my daily routîne. Great product
