Nice product ..... except for false representation that it comes with a 10 lb Base
The 4" Hip Collars is plastic without any weight other than the weight of the plastic and clamp. This is very misleading and down right false re[presentation. What makes matters worse is that I had to pay a return fee!I would have been very happy with the post, had it not been for the posts not having the weights. What bothers me is I had contacted Amazon.... thinking that my shipment was just shipped partial. Their resolution was to return the item or they can send a replacement.
