I'm no car mechanic, just some early twenties city boy with a cheap first car.When my car started having faults, I decided to look into what the cause could be, googling the symptoms like some mechanical WebMD. I came across a site recommending ODB readers and that story ended here.I quick plug in and a turn of a key later, I was given a few error codes that pointed me in the direction of the ignition cycle, narrowing down a large problem to three components, Coil pack, HT leads, or Spark plugs. What would have been an expensive trip to a mechanic came down to a tool, some £30 parts and a youtube video.

It does what it says on the tin it got rid of my code and light off my dash high recommended good value for money. The only thing I can say is that if the light comes back on that means you need to take it to a garage for further inspection

So far so good! Have tested it out in my Hyundai Cuope SE and my girlfriend's Fiesta Zetec and it connects to both fine. Can't test it for reading any major faults yet as neither car has had any!... touch wood!

I did not like that it said that it 'failled to connect', so did not work other than it switched on and I could go through the menus. I was not able to find out what might be wrong with my car.

Bought for a ford with EML on.cheap, easy to use, fast not only gives actual error code but a text description of fault (at least for Ford).Really useful, essential for an older car. doesn't have any instructions really but you don't need them, couldn't be simpler, just plug in and go.no need for wi-fi or anything complex ..

Wasn't sure when we bought this as the price was quite a bit cheaper than other alternatives. But really pleased to say it works perfectly!!! Plugged it in, it found the fault code straight away and was able to delete it and turn off my engine warning light on our Peugeot 207. Yes it feels cheap and basic but it works so who cares! Excellent value for money.

Bought to investigate and reset the Spanner light on a Vauxhall Corsa. Was done within minutes, no more light on the dash and gives me peace of mind that nothing serious is wrong. Saves a trip to the garage and more than likely being ripped off.

For the money an excellent little gadget.My car had a random engine management light issue, which I wanted to monitor until the dealer could look at it.This was ordered and came the next day.Hopefully I won't need to use it any more, but I've got it if I do.
