Good choice by Amazon
Ok, you need to add memory card and batteries (although it WILL work with just 4 .. 8 will clearly last longer out in the field), and the instructions could be more detailed (some button pushing required in 'test' mode to figure out how to scroll thru pictures etc.) but overall this seems, so far, to be excellent value for money. Test shots have been clear, and the unit comes with mini-usb lead, attachment strap, and wall/screw mounting bracket, which I was not expecting. The body is plastic, so might be animal fodder if I had Baboons in the garden, but I expect it will survive mere foxes and badgers, and seems to seal pretty well. For folks who had trouble getting it to go, you need to note that the 'on/off' switch is 3 position (on-test-off), and that some setting interfere with one another in non-obvious ways (eg on time record the sensor, and presumably IR lamp array, is off. ALso there is a settable 'dead time' after triggering, before ti triggers again .. you have to read all the words and then interpolate some). It really is amazing what you can get for a reasonable price these days - last time I looked, camera traps were in the high three figure pounds. Oh, and it came fast, as promised.

Fabulous quality and value for money
We had wanted a trailcam for a while but had always thought that a good quality one would be out of our reach. The Victure Wildlife Camera is everything that we had hoped for. Like other people we wanted to capture wildlife in our garden, mainly to see what birds were coming to feed. We also caught a 'large culprit arriving in the dark to eat our mealworms (see photo). Really easy to use, we now hope to set it up in our local woods in the hope of catching some Red Squirrels. Would definitely recommend and would buy another one!

Great value, decent quality, impressive results.
Received the wildlife camera today. The packaging is very good quality, the camera itself is compact & a nice looking piece of kit. After having a play around in the house I took it out into the pitch black of the garden & took one of my dogs out to trigger the camera. Tried it in camera and video modes & the results were impressive. Can't wait to try it out in the wild. I would recommend this based on what I've seen so far.

Changed 4 star rating to 5 star. Great wildlife camera
This product seems good so far after the initial setup, reasonably happy with this Wildlife camera for the money paid. After further use I have changed my initial 4 star rating to a 5 star rating. I have found the camera easy to use, the picture quality and video quality is good, great night time videos and good battery life. I have used the camera in cold and damp conditions so far and the sealing of the unit has kept the weather out. For the money paid I don't think you could fault this camera at all. Very happy with this camera.

Excellent purchase
Wasn't too sure what to expect but the camera has surpassed itself already. Very well made - good quality study camo plastic with very good night vision, quality day time lens and good sound. So far its weather proof, wind, rain, damp etc. Can be used for taking still photos or video. I've set it up to take 30 second video clips (there are numerous photo/video settings). Settings are easy to follow, its sturdy and robust outdoors too. I use it like a cctv unit when we go out for the day. Great to see who turns up at your house - camera is hidden so its discrete and good to view clips on return! All date stamped too. The camera comes with a good strap to attach to trees, branches, gates, posts etc and a short tripod. I use it without either - its quite stable and easy to hide. Have already caught numerous wildlife in our garden - night and day. Long guarantee on product - customer service very friendly and helpful. Very glad I purchased this item, I was dubious at first. It takes 8x AA batteries and SD card. It apparently works with 4 batteries.

Reliability and quality
This is a nice little trail camera easy to use. I did have a problem with the first one I bought but got in touch with their customer service department, who were very quick to respond, help, and offer me the choice of a full refund or replacement. I chose a replacement. The above photo is a screenshot of one of the videos from the replacement camera, which is excellent.

All wildlife enthusiasts should have one.
Brilliant piece of kit. Very well packaged with each item very well Wrapped. Impressive unit that opens up so images can be viewed. Comes with strap and mini mounting plate for secure standing. Informative instruction booklet with English option. Great pictures. Has many options for time lapses for both video and picture intervals. Very good price.

You get what you pay for
I bought this one as the Apeman had poor picture quality on both still and video. This one is slightly better on picture quality but they are identical except the logo!Unfortunately mine seems to have a few quirks - sometimes when I switch to record and close it up during the 5sec countdown, I come to It a day or two later to find it hasn't recorded anything, not even the opening of the unit. The other issue I've had is that it was recording happily but when I checked the card, it had stopped recording at 8:50pm - right in the middle of a hedgehog fight that I never got to see the end of. Hopefully it won't stop over night again.Stills are not great quality, yes it's 12mp but that is upscaled, it's not a 12mp sensor. Depth of field is no existent, if it's not right in front of the camera it's not in focus.Video is grainy, very grainy at night. Again, focal length is so short, the object (in my case Hedgehogs) needs to be right in front of the camera to be fully in focus - but then you get white out from the IR, can't really win but it let's me monitor activity so not so bad.Battery life is very good on 8 batteries, been running for a week now taking 30s videos and a still each time.
