John Christian Men's Hooded Fleece Robe, Dark Gray Marl

This was an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and, man, did it turn up the electricity....literally. From the second he unwrapped it, you could hear the static from across the room 😂 The next 15 minutes was him chasing me around the house attempting to shock me.... and succeeding.He loves it and it's super soft. He's 6'3" and 180 and the XL fits great. And when he took it off an handed it to me it, I shocked him so hard he fell to the ground so it made my day better.

Warm.It's been a long time since I felt the need for a robe of any kind. Being up there in the age group I am in it was about time to get one. Chills seem to arive at time like never before.I took a major chance on a fleece robe. Don't get me wrong, fleece is a mainstay in my world for outer wear and blankets.Upon arival of this robe I put it on to check the fit. For me it's close enough in size to not matter, though a bit small. Were I to get the next size larger I'd probably swim in it or pitch it as a tent.All-in-all this has to be the warmest robe ever for me.People lose 80% of thier heat through their head. The hood slows that to a minium and all else keeps warm.Unlike many folks I keep my home at 48 or so at night so feeling cold when crawling from bed is normal. Doning this roba gives me almost instant heat and maintains that warmth very easily.I initually had my doubts but haven't taken this robe off when I'm up and the house is cold.I can't wait for winter to see if this is as warm as it is now.Your milage may vary depentant upin your metabolism, home temps etc.For me, NICE!

Purchased size Medium robe for myself (female). I wear size 14, and I’m 5’3. Fits perfectly. Comes to mid calf, and I cuff sleeves once. Verrry soft, not bulky, warm. Love love the hood! Lays flat when not using. Very attractive robe. Hubby made me order one for him! He’s 6’, 170lbs and normally wears medium, which I ordered and fits perfectly. He also loves it. Washed and dried, no change in quality or length.

This is a very luxurious feeling robe. It's very soft, nice and heavy, warm, and fits well. I ordered a medium, and I'm 5' 9" 175 lbs; 38" chest; 34" waist. It fits just right with a little room to spare. I've had it about a week. Washed it recently, and it came out just as good as new!

i am glad i bought this a size too big. it was on the verge of being returned.....but the fabric was so damn warm......what the hell.if you are 6 ft tall....280 lbs.....the largest size will get yo by......i just wish these people would take into consideration us larger folks.i would only buy this again...IF....it was offered in one more larger size.

I purchased this robe for my husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it and so do IIt's so soft and warmI would wear it myself except he is usually wearing it ;) I purchased and XL and he usually wear Large but I wanted it a bit roomy so I think the sizing is as expectedThe white trim doesn't continue through the entire inside of the robe but it does add a nice lookAll in all its a beautiful cozy robe

Yes, the robe is warm and comfy, but it is highly flammable!! I am a smoker, had the hood upand a cigarette in my mouth, turned my head and the tip of the cig touched the hood and instantly setit afire. This thing is dangerous! I can't imagine cooking in it, or putting a log on the fireplace, or ANYTHINGthat brings you into close proximity with a heat source!

I ordered a XXL knowing it was bigger than an XL that I usually wear so it wraps around betterThis Robe is Awesome soft and warm and especially like the hood.You cant go wrong with this robe.

It looks as the pictures. The build quality seems to be pretty good and fabric reasonably good quality, soft and comfortable to wear. The only down side is the size. Its slightly too small. It fits for now, but is likely to struggle with the post Christmas waistline
