Excellent product! I have had difficulty breathing effectively at night, thus causing the snoring, and the snoring was so bad that my boyfriend could hear it from the next room and through the wall.... and it kept him up at night.... pretty embarrassing, right? I noticed that on nights where I snore a lot, my sleep quality suffers significantly. I bought this product so that I could: 1. Help my relationship by not waking my boyfriend up while snoring, and 2. Get better sleep quality.On the first night putting the vents in, I chose the larger set of vents (without the ribbing on the sides) to wear since I wanted maximum airflow and they seemed fit just right after I tried them all out. The feeling of having the vents in my nostrils will definitely take a few nights to get used to, but they were comfortable despite feeling strange in my nose. Note: I will recommend that, if you purchase these, that they really only work if your nose is clear. I had to blow my nose to make it clear for the product to really work and improve the airflow while I breathed.After wearing the vents the entire night last night, I woke up this morning refreshed like I have not been in MONTHS. I actually felt like I didn’t need to keep pressing snooze on my alarm! I was alert and ready to get up. My boyfriend confirmed that the product worked like a charm and he did not hear me snore AT ALL, which is amazing! This product is awesome and is definitely worth your money if you want to stop snoring and get much better sleep at night!!

I am a woman that was apparently snoring enough to run my husband out of the bedroom. I bought these because the price wasn't too high and they seemed like they would give me an option that didn't look too embarrassing! Although there are four of these in the package, there are only two sizes. There is a straight-walled one and a ridge-walled one in each size. I tried the smaller straight-walled one the first two nights and still snored, although much better than before. I moved up to the larger size, straight-walled again.I am apparently 1000% better, according to my husband.These are easy to wear and get used to. Far better than waking myself up snoring! I have also noticed that I am not as congested in the morning or throughout the day and I attribute it to these snoring aids. I believe that they are holding my nasal passages open in a healthy way.I would not hesitate to recommend them. The only thing that shows outside your nose is a transparent "bridge" that allows you to pull them out in the morning. Easy peasy. They also come in a nice hard plastic case.

It blows air into your nose and is able to handle your exhales too.But it is so flawed and I'm not even sure it helped with snoring. It falls out incredibly easily, it's barely held in and any movement will make it fall out. And even worse, it makes so much noise for me to sleep! Especially if you sleep on your stomach or side with a pillow near your nose, it gets much noisier when it isn't in fully open air. Feels cheap too. Neat idea, piece of junk though.

I’ve been known to snore like a bear. If my wife would fall asleep after me, sometimes it’d be impossible for her to sleep due to the volume of my snoring. I never liked the sticky tape feeling of BreatheRight strips or those pods that you stick in your nostrils that make you look like some character out of Star Trek. When I saw these silicone nose vents, I thought I’d give them a try and I’m so glad I did. First of all, instead of one set, they give you a set of four—a variety pack, if you will, so you can see which one works best for you. I have yet to find a set that didn’t work well. On occasion, in the middle of the night, they have fallen out when I’ve rolled across the pillow, but for the most part, they are comfortable, invisible, easy to use and most importantly, they WORK! I love them! As soon as you put them in, they open up your breathing passages and give you a much more restful sleep. Best of all, my wife tells me that instead of snoring now, all she hears is deep breathing—like waves on the ocean—so, if she has no complaints, how could I? Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Reviews said these nose vents were effective, so I tried them as a first step given how reasonably they are priced. After a few months of use, I will say that they definitely have some impact on reducing snoring. How well they work depends on how precisely you insert them, which will require some trial and error but it is not that hard. They do not make snoring entirely disappear, but I am told they definitely give some relief--often enough to make a meaningful difference to my spouse. They do not work every time, and I cannot figure out why, so they are not a "miracle," but they work a lot of the time, at least enough to matter. So despite how simple they are, I easily recommend giving them a shot as a first step to seeing what works for you.Note they do sometimes fall out while asleep, but not a lot, and not enough to skip over trying them. It's pretty infrequent.As for comfort, I find that I almost immediately forget I am using them. Every once in awhile if I sleep weird my nose might be a smidgen sore in the morning, but that is rare, and whatever I am feeling is gone the second I stop using them.I'm trying to give a realistic assessment of what they are like. Don't take that as a basis to avoid. To the contrary, I very much recommend them as a first step to reducing snoring issues, but understand what is reasonable to expect from them.
