I contacted the seller & they were awesome in getting the situation corrected
I originally ordered a size 13 US/31 EU this past March 2018, but was sent a size 12 US /30 EU instead for my 9 years old daughter. Upon receipt of my order, I contacted the seller & they were awesome in getting the situation corrected, promptly. They offered to resend me my original size ordered. However, since they were going to resend me another one, I asked if they could send me a size 1 US/32 EU instead, & I'm happy to report that they did exactly that. The size 1 US/32 EU fits my daughter fine, who is normally a size 13 US. A few things to consider. The "Blackred" color actually looks more like hot pink (as pictured), which works out great for my daughter; however, if hot pink is not what you were wanting then I would not pick this color option. Next, since it is coming from China, do expect a few weeks to about a month to get it. I looked around a lot and settled on this one for the decent price tag, just in case, both my 8 years old son (got the black/white color from the seller Chic Sources first then found this "blackred" one from Ubella for my daughter b/c I liked the hot pink look as pictured here) & 9 years old daughter didn't like it. Overall, very happy with the purchase & the customer service given. Would highly recommend this for a starter pair for your child, plus the added two wheels option for a good price is an added bonus. Both my daughter & son loves it!!! My son said the other day that he didn't realize how much fun they were.
