It is a beautiful chandelier. My electrician installed the frame. The instructions were unclear for installing the leaves, as in it says two different color pins to lock them in but only gold ones, not any silver ones came with the fixture. The bulbs also were not included and I had to order them separately. My light switch was on a dimmer but the light only works with the remote correctly, without it the two middle bulbs did not light up. I had the switch replaced with a regular switch. If anyone knows how to lock the outer leaf pieces in please share your experience.

Beautiful chandelier looks very good. Happy with my purchase. For me, instructions are easy and installed as per instructions.We have to order bulbs from outside. so far so it's nice and beautiful.

This chandelier is absolutely gorgeous. It is well worth the time it takes to assemble. I would have rated higher, but this complex fixture comes with virtually no real instructions and it definitely is not intuitive. The seller was extremely quick to respond to my request for help and sent me a link to a video which was indeed helpful. It installs like pretty much any other ceiling fixture (do NOT assemble the glass petals and crystals before installing—and this is not indicated anywhere—you have to pick that up from the video that you need to request from the seller). It then took me a little less than 90 minutes to attach the glass petals and the crystals. This is not difficult but there are A LOT of them.I am extremely happy that I bought this and I highly recommend this product and would buy again. If you buy, just contact the seller for detailed instructions. My suggestion for improvement would be to include detailed helpful instructions right in the box, without the need to make a special request.

Easy to install and nice look and graphics

Product size came as described.....shipping was fast... packaging was secure overall.....despite the fragility of the components involved, no glass or crystal came in broken or cracked.However, the crystals were packaged in a thin plastic tray, about 18/20 to a tray (like a dozen egg in a carton - staggered packaging layout) and some were damaged / scratched hence, when arrived. I understand, it would add to the overall cost, but individually bubble wrapping these crystals would be a safer alternative. Please note, each crystal is roughly the size of a golf ball, if not slightly bigger and its reasonably heavy to it's size to weight ratio and feels solid to hold.I contacted seller's customer service and the issue was resolved promptly. They even sent out a few extra ones, just incase.All said and done, looks very nice once installed and lit. I get complements, every time some sees it.Overall Happy with the purchase.Ease of Installation - Can't comment as I had them installed through a licensed electrician......I had some other electrical work going on in the house, at the same time.Remote Control - Works fine but I haven't used much, to be honest, may be once or twice since we got it. FYI.... the base of the remote was heated up after few hours of activating the battery. Was fine later. Not sure if it could be an issue later.Value - Overall decent value. However, product may be slightly over priced.Hope this helps.Best Regards.

First, things that could definitely be better. The instructions included in the box are useless! I contacted the seller and he responded quickly with a link that had better instructions. 5 of the crystal balls either chipped or the top broken where you hang them from. I have messaged the seller to send replacements and awaiting his reply. The light is very beautiful and at $200 a good by. Factory quality control looks to be nonexistent.

It is not as big as I thought it was but it's beautiful. I reached out to the seller on how to install it and received a video which was helpful. The seller is easy to talk to. I had a little issue in receiving the package and the seller addressed it and I'm grateful. Excellent customer service
