I checked out various suppliers for this track pad, as I did not want to be disappointed . The track pad arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. I have fitted the pad and are more than pleased with my purchase. All functions of the track pad are responding perfectly, I would highly recommend this supplier to any one looking to replace a faulty track pad.

Much cheaper than genuine Apple part, seems to work perfectly, and fairly easy to fit as long as you have the right screwdrivers and follow the instructions on iFixIt. The same seller also lists a similar trackpad item which includes replacements for the small screws and springs. However, you don't need these unless you damage them when replacing the trackpad. This item is currently £5 cheaper and includes just the trackpad and cable - all that most people will need.I gave 4 stars because the first trackpad I received was faulty, but this was immediately returned to Amazon and a new one shipped, which worked perfectly.Overall, this is an excellent and good value replacement for a faulty trackpad. Highly recommended.

Works well. Fits almost perfectly. Very happy. Slighty too easy to push down on very edges but could probably easily tighten. Overall works really well and functionally no problems!

Good replacement for my broken touchpad on my old Mac. It does not fit 100% but you don’t notice and it does not affect the performance. Easy to install.

So, my battery expanded on my old Mac book pro (13" Mid 2010), which deformed the trackpad. I got this replacement and it works perfectly. A seamless transition and very easy to install. I very much recommend this product.
