Taste is okay, but felt no benefit through the case, minus the 5 i shared with my golf buddies, who also said no difference before during or after the round.I played 36 holes Texas Spring, on one day didn't drink until the hole 27 just to see if I could feel a change NOPE just made me thirsty. The next week I played 36 holes again, and left the drink at home I felt exactly the same without it.So my takeaway from drinking almost the whole case myself, is do it the old school way as I've always done, eat well before, during and snack along the way, (NOT JUNK) and drink plenty of waterNot worth the money, I'm 50 years old, and i even tried them on 18 hole walking, save your money on all this snake oil get in shape and eat right, that is the key. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THIS TYPE DRINKS, POTIONS, it's like the old hammer driver infomercial false hope.Fast Delivery, and packed well no damage though, ++++

As with the other LifeAid drinks, this one is very good. It is not a typical high sugar / high caffeine drink. If you read the list of ingredients, you will see that it has a lot of things that are good for you. For what it's worth, I don't use it to play golf.

A great alternative to soda! I was worried it would be a second choice, no worries it gets pulled out of the fridge as fast as I put it in. My only complaint is price with 3 people drinking it, but the quality is worth it.

I could not feel any difference in my body or game. After purchasing several packs I decided to stay with water. At the various golf courses where this is sold it is expensive. It is cheaper at Amazon, but it is too expensive for the results you get.

The taste of this item reminds me of a mild energy drink with not as much fizz. It does not have a pleasant taste, although, beer drinkers seem to be ok with it.

I don't like red bull or most energy drinks, I thought this tasted pretty good but my wife says it tastes like red bull. Having said that, I think it's a good replacement for energy drinks or soda.

Good but expensive.
