Just the right thickness for me, and the higher ankle length means I can wear them in winter without a gap between the top of my shoe and the bottom of my tights. I've been wearing them for just a few weeks, so can't speak to their longevity, but they seem well made and durable. I probably would not wear them with a high-rise hiking boot, but think they'd work well for a low-rise hiking shoe.

I am a mens size 9 and often worry that the heel of the socks wont fit snug. Not a problem with these, they fit very nicely. They are a solid quarter sock that come about three fingers above the top of my ankle. Very nice construction, with good airflow mesh on top. No logo on the ankle part is a plus.

Love these. My husband likes them. They come a bit above the ankle and work well with his steel toed boots.

I wear these at work...i walk aprox 5 to 8 miles a day....they dont slip!...they fit snug but nicely....all my other socks purchased elsewhere would slide down, I'd have to stop and even remove my shoes sometimes to re-adjust them, it was very annoying.But these are the best yet I've ever had

Perfect fit! It's hard to find 1/2 cut socks at retail stores. What a great find! They fit as expected and wash up great. Not too hot while exercising. Great quality. Highly recommend.

These are excellent socks, the quality greatly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend these socks for anyone looking for a great pair of athletic socks.

Well I have now ordered two sets of the socks. It has been about 1.5 months and three of the socks have had toe holes develop.Now I will say that the fit and and the sock feels is Awesome.This would have been a 5 star review except the holes that have developed in 3 individual socks out of 24 that I have. With the first hole I checked to make sure that my toe nails were not the blatant culprit and they were not.

Light weight, Fit was perfect, padded heels and toes are nice. Im happy with the socks. If you care they are made in china.
