My framed family tree picture arrived very fast . I contacted the seller asking questions and they responded straightway and was very helpful and you could review your order before they posted it . Beautiful, excellent service.
I ordered this for my in-laws anniversary and it looked beautiful. We needed 18 names on it, but it didn't look cluttered, just very elegant. Very pleased with it. I needed it quickly as ordered it late so emailed Sarah at Heartstrings Design who was incredibly helpful. She had it delivered in 2 days - in time for my in-laws anniversary party :)

We are absolutely delighted with the quality of the framed print. It has the look of an item much more expensive. Delivery was also much quicker than expected. The order was placed on Saturday evening, it arrived within 2 days (one of which was a Sunday!)

Beautiful framed picture. Brilliant communication with seller who was wonderful when dealing with an error (on my part not theirs) and getting it out to me in time for my parents wedding anniversary. Highly recommended
