I just put them in tonight and WOW! I can hear better than I could in years. No strange sounds. Everything sounds like normal hearing!! I feel young again!!!! I could not believe how small they are. No one will notice you have anything in your ear unless you tell them!!

Did not like how this amplified sound

I expected a lot more out of these

The sound quality is pretty good for the price. My husband says it's a bit tinny but the amplification is good. This is based on his experience of 6k hearing aids. They no longer work and we simply cannot spend another 6k. So this will have to do.

This hearing aide is very very loud compared to the one I have for the other ear from the audiologist. You can adjust volume but it goes from very loud to louder and louder, does not filter out background noise which is a problem for me since I work in nursing and need to separate alarm sounds from other sounds. The reason for the 2 stars though is on my way to work this week, it fell out of my ear in pieces and cannot be put back together. Bought it February 11th, return window was up on March 16th, so out of luck now

One size does not fit all. Asked a question about part on unit and no response. Does work on my hearing loss but send it back.
