I like this product so much, I ordered another one. I can wear it for many hours at a time with no discomfort, and it works great at keeping my hernia contained where everything should be. When the company accidentally sent me the wrong size, they were excellent about replacing it with the correct one right away. I recommend this product.

The item is rather bulbous

I needed something and looked at a lot of belts offered. I chose this one for it's simplicity and low cost. Don't let that simple look cause you to think it does not work. The belt is easily adjustable and more importantly, the pad is adjustable (high low, left, right, and even as I did at an angle) to cover the hernia just right bringing the needed relief. I set the belt (over the underwear) not too tight and the strap (that I thought would be SO uncomfortable) loose as well. I hardly notice the belt at all during my day and even when on a two-day driving trip -10 hours each day it was forgotten most of the time.

The 'cumberbun' main belt portion might be a bit more rigid although the velcro was completely effective and strong. The pressure 'pad' could have been at better designed - perhaps less rigid - or have provided two different designs. Again - the Velcro DID keep it place effectively. My main concern was that the elastic strap that connected the belt to the pressure pad was way too flimsy to keep a good pressure on the hernia itself. If i stretched it out to where it was more rigid - it was too long for the short Velcro part to be connected - so i shortened it by tying some knots in the elastic part. That worked pretty well. It was comfortable to wear and sleep with. I would give it a low 4 rating and would recommend it with the minor faults i perceived. Overall pretty well designed and affordable and i was not that disappointed. I believe the small strap problem could be easily corrected with little or no increase in manufacturing costs like making it from stiffer material.

The item works well and fits well without any discomfort.

Really works!

Comfortable enough. Truss strap a bit to long had to wrap it around the belt. Excess wrap around belt should have a velcro tab so it's not just hanging loose. Included "pad" was too hard for me to use while exercising so I used rolled-up sock ball. Overall, acceptable.

I am a 'medium sized man and the only size of this product which Amazon directed me to was the XXL, and no other size. So, I asked if it would adjust to fit me and received 2 answers that it would. But it doesn't! After receiving it today and it barely accommodates. When I went online to Amazon's site just now to look at other models, what pops up but the same model, in a Large size. I am not sure how to return it or exchange this XXL for a Large which would fit. I do fault Amazon for this and not the manufacturer as it seems a good product.

I have a hernia in the groin area and if l need to be lifting anything l wear this belt for safty. It does the trick in supporting the heriated area

What a relief! Don't hesitate. When I'm wearing it I forget I have a Hernia.

My advice if you order one just order L size unless you are a very big guy order your size .. thanks
