Unable to use. Tried connecting to 4 different systems before finding out it is the receiver. The power light keeps coming on and going off, bad connection with power box. Microphone head piece the mic part keeps falling out doesn't stay in place. Spent 10 months realizing it isn't the systems it wouldn't connect to, it was the power box. I got this to be a temporary line dance instructor thought I would be needing it when I bought it but the job didn't happen so it sat in the box for 7 months till I went to hook up to another system and didn't work with that one. So thought I needed a mixer, found didn't need that either. Thought for $35 would be worth the temp job I would be doing but sad to say, NO! Picture shows light not on but IS plugged in. Had to move it around just to get the light on and heaven provide you don't move it after it does go on.

For the price this unit is hard to beat. It's easy to set up. Once it's in operation it works great. You get a clear sound that sounds very professional. I use it for my Christian ministry. Though there are many other wireless headset microphones out there that cost way more, I don't hear or see much difference in quality. Time will tell how well this performs in the long run. Hopefully I won't be disappointed.

This was the biggest piece of GARBAGE I have ever seen.. First, they spelled "Installation MANUNAL" wrong - and the whole booklet is filled with spelling errors and bad grammar - clearly poorly translated by an illiterate factory worker. The base unit is flimsy, a cheap old-fashioned antenna, none of the cables seat firmly in their sockets (power, audio), the microphone cable barely even fits right into the socket on the transmitter, which looks like a cheap garage opener. Even the wire on the headset is some awful cheap quality, it's not even a real wire. It DID NOT WORK at all, tested with 2 known working audio devices and not a sound was transmitted. I feel EMBARRASSED for the manufacturer, it's tragic. EPIC garbage. Not even worth the cardboard box it comes in. FAIL.

Barely Works. Very Cheap feeling, but I also didn't expect much from it considering the price. Headset unit cuts in and out, lapel doesn't pick up voice well. Waste of money in my opinion. Would be a better investment with something that good and ample reviews and is a little more expensive. Would not recommend.

THE POWER SUPPLY DOES NOT WORK! VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL!The first one I got, the power supply did not work. I returned it.The second one I got, the power supply did not work! I'm seeing a pattern........I am using a power supply form a different product that does work.......

Arrived broken. The transmitter would not accept the microphone plug making the whole thing useless.Battery was also difficult to insert and the transmitter would not power on.

So far I have not been able to power the unit because it arrived with the wall wart malfunctioning because of poor solder joints. See photo. Can we say QUALITY CONTROL problem? No surprise since it is a cheap China-made product.I will probably fix the solder job and then add more feedback after giving it a try. It's kind of hard to know how good the product is when you can't power the thing up :)

Arrived very early, well packaged, new items in box. Sounds good and even better because of the price. This will not be used often so I expect it will last for a long time.

Initially they shipped the mismatched headset but replaced it promptly. I use this wireless microphone with my Fender Passport speaker and it works very well for my classroom application. For the price, it is an excellent item. The construction is toy like plasticky so requires careful handling. To be fair, I had bought a $125 wireless mic for an SLR camera just as plasticky and returned it in disgust. When you receive the item, please check right away that the headset pin is the right type for the transmitter. Also, it is quite easy to place the 9V battery mistakenly with wrong polarity in the transmitter. In that case no output will be heard.

Purchased this for a 3-day event I'm hosting but the receiver was dead on arrival - it does not power up at all. Contacted the seller immediately but was told to "ask others help you make it work good". Said they were in China and they couldn't guarantee they could get me a replacement next week (yet this was shipped Prime and left Ontario the next day it was ordered). Go figure.Product is made of very cheap plastic, feels flimsy, but would probably do the job (if it worked). I cannot comment on the quality of sound it produces since mine never worked. Save yourself the hassle and skip this product and this seller.

I was very happy when I got my item till try to use. I set everything it was ready to power on. When I try to plug electricty I got a big spark , I was scared I'll get electrical shock. At the and I tryed one more time and I got zilch. So staff they sell amazon who checks the quality control, of I had wlwctrical shock because of garbage they sold me what amazon was going to do, even if I was died?

VERY disappointed of the quality of the system. I ordered two sets and found out that the headset with mic in one set had a wrong jack. When I tried to test the system, it turned out that the amplifier and the transmitter didn't work either and didn't even turn on! The plug in the transmitter in one set was broken. Never want to buy from this seller. Apparently, they don't have a quality control system in place. I want a refund!

My device was missing in the shipment but as soon as I contacted costumer service they send me a new one with no hesitation. Device works good, may be loosing signal occasionally when there are people on the way between sender and receiver but it costs a fraction of high end devices like this.

I ended up just donating this, it came back defects, the jack was not working properly. Wouldnt turn on properly and the quality was not good.Didn't work.

Shorted right out of the box. Being returned

Has one sent and it shorted out when plugged in . Sent it back and ordered another one. Same thing happened on the second one. Will not order that again.

Gave this to my sister in law and she really likes it!!!!

For the price it is a good mic but don't expect the quality of a shure or Akg mic.
