So, with all the Hoopala about COVID, Viruses, and germs in general, and everybody wearing those silly purple gloves (that make my hands sweat!) everywhere, I started thinking…. My Grandmother always wore cotton gloves when she went out of the house, to keep her hands clean… when she got home, peeled them off, inside out and dropped them in the glove basket by the door, on laundry day, they were washed with bleach. Hmmm, maybe that wasn’t such a bad habit, I’m going to give it a go.I have the inexpensive cotton gloves sold on Amazon to use for applying lotion. They work for that, but I wanted something a bit nicer for “public use”, but still cotton, washable, easily replaceable, not terribly expensive, and that fit better than the lotion gloves. After a bit of looking, these seemed a good place to start.These were a good choice! These are definitely a step up. They are very close to Grandma’s gloves. The material is better than the cheap lotion gloves, and the cut of the gloves is much better. The fingers are longer, and the hand portion is long enough to go past the wrist bone, something I really need. The stitching on the back makes them slightly fancy, pretty, and the snap at the wrist is perfect! One of the problems I have with the lotion gloves is that they are always slipping off, the snap fixes that. The snap is plastic, we will see how well it holds up, but it is a great start.Very happy with this purchase, we will see how well they hold up, but these are a great start.

I was unsure if they would fit my small hands. I was pleasantly surprised. Will buy again.

These are just a little big for my hands; but, I have pretty small hands so I'm not surprised.They are nice thick gloves and perfect to go with my 50s sailor dress.

Thin and expected for the price. Fits loosely at areas of the hand. Nice and very white with a button at wrist.

I didn't like that one of the seams came apart. I wear these at night to keep the cream on my hands. (They are not dirty, the cream I use makes them look that way.) They fit great and stay on your hands all night!

The shape and fit of these gloves are great, but 2 out of 3 of the right hand gloves I had to go in and fix where the stitch had split in different places. It was lucky I had the time to do it.

I needed white gloves and wanted cotton because my vintage cotton gloves are wonderful. These are not. Think Mickey Mouse. The treads are NOT back stitched to secure the seam and pull right out! Thread ends were sticking up at the ends of each decorative row of stitches and pulled right out leaving the bobbin thread inside the gloves even after clipping the threads close to the fabric. They just didn't stand up to use. Not worth the money. The plastic snaps worked nicely though.

They were eye-catching as I waved to the crowd.Longer than regular gloves. Had a slight shine which made my photos pop. Works beautifully with my velvet costume.
