UPDATE#2: is been a while since my last update and I just thought about it so I came back to change my rating back to 5 stars because Vibrex did send me another wand! I still didn't receive very much communication from them, but who cares?! This company stands by its product unlike any other company I've ever used. Whether the product lasts 2 months or 2 years, when the company stands behind its product and keeps is promise, that deserves 5 stars and more. I definitely recommend this ORIGINAL Magic Wand. You'll love the product, I assure you. And if you love it so much, you completely wear it out like i did (within a year, of course), lol , don't worry, they got your back. UPDATE: OK so this wand ended up breaking about 8 months after I received it. I had to file a claim on the warranty with the vibrex company and they sent me a replacement wand (they have horrible customer service. Never even responded to my email, I didn't receive any tracking information, I didn't even know that I had a new wand coming, it just showed up. But at least I got one). However that replacement wand didn't last as long as the one I purchased through Amazon. I think I got about 4 months out of it. I tried to file another claim on the warranty considering it was within a year of receiving it but the company has not responded to any email or any other attempt to communicate with them. And it's probably been a month since I reached out to them so I'm assuming that they are not going to replace this most recent one. I kind of understand it but it's their product so I do feel it should be replaced. At the very least they could communicate with me to let me know that they're not going to replace it instead of just leaving me hanging. The wand works wonderfully... till it doesn't. But for an item this expensive, it should work longer than 4-8 months ORIGINAL REVIEW:This is a legit original magic wand, formerly known as Hitachi. The on/off switch have the Roman numerals (and only the Roman numerals) and it came with the serial number printed on it. Not a knockoff. Good price. Works like a dream! This is the third magic wand I've owned. The first one lasted about 4 years, the second one was about the same. Well worth the small investment. Highly recommend! This thing will give you HOURS of pleasure!

Ok, so the "Magic Wand" (goofy name) is marketed as a vibrating massager for "muscle pain and fatigue" - but I don't know how many people are using it on sore necks and shoulders. It won't help you pull a rabbit out of a hat, but it will likely make you verrrry happy between your legs! What I like personally about the Magic Wand is the low vibration - which was probably intended for deep tissue massage ... but you know women are very creative, so we found other uses for it! I find most battery operated vibrators have annoying, manic, loud, buzzing, and high frequency vibrations - not relaxing or erotic! The Magic Wand plugs into the wall, and so the vibration is much deeper and stronger than its battery-operated cousins. The only minor complaint about this product - it is a little bulky (if you were planning to use it with a partner). I imagine it may be a little intimidating for your partner if you whipped out the Magic Wand without any warning! It kind of looks like a weapon from Star Trek. "Honey, is that a - taser???” (Insert dramatic sci-fi face.) “Is there an outlet in your sector, Captain?" Overall, it's a nice tool for the bedroom - if you don't mind the size of it. But frankly with the powerful and pleasurable vibrations it brings, who cares what it looks like?

The machine itself works really well! But the attachment doesn't fit and is a complete waste of time.

My innocent Asian mom bought me this for Christmas to help me with back pain. Opened the attachment today and now I have I have to commit sin and lie to my mother.

When I bought this it was advertised as a "Hitachi Magic Wand." 11 months later, the wand has stopped working, and Hitachi has been dropped from the branding. While the wand worked, it was powerful and very good. Super effective, like guaranteed bliss in 2 minutes (unless you used it too often, then it could numb you very quickly). Last month, I took it on a trip. It worked fine. Returned home. I don't know what happened, but next time I turned it on, the rumble was more of a buzz and the head no longer vibrated. So, it's a useless piece of trash now. And I don't know how to get the real thing. I used it maybe a couple times per month. Maybe 25-30 times across the year. So it's not the worst loss, but it's not very durable either.

Highly recommend! 10/10 for me. Dependable. Love that you don’t have to charge it.

Good sturdy massage but very loud! Great on upper back muscles

We all know what this is for, and it indeed gets the job done. Albeit with a little noise.

Worked great twice at different times and on the third separate time it didn't. The motor still sounds like it is going but the top of it isn't vibrating anymore.
