We discovered these when we traveled in Germany, and I was thrilled that we could get them through Amazon. Nice dark chocolate layered on a cookie. Perfect!

Stale and defective
Product arrived, damaged, melted, and stuck together. I contacted the company and they said there’s nothing they can do for me. I will never buy anything from them again.

Great biscut but don't order it in the summer
I've purchased this product numerous times in the grocery store but it's not always available. So I bought a carton full via Amazon and had enough to even share these tasty bites. Then I ordered another shipment but they arrived with melted chocolate and bloom. It also affected the taste. So order them when it's safe to ship like fall and winter but never again in summer.

Old and stale cookies a total waste of money.

Cookies were partially spoiled
Don't order this during warm weather. Cookies were sticking together and looked whitish. The chocolate must have melted and tasted very bland.
