This is a nice set for bread bakers. Sturdy pieces. Easy to use. Makes good bread!

I love making sourdough bread. I had basic tools but was looking for a baguette pan. I decided on this set because it had some other items I was looking for too. Its a great kit. The pan is a little smaller then I expected but works great. I just divide my dough in half and make 2 smaller loafs instead of one large one and that actually works out better. I love the cloth to help shape the dough and hold it while its resting before I bake. I have not used the proofing bowl or the lame yet. I would recommend this kit for anyone wanting to make home made bread.

This is a great starter set but you do not get a bread board so you have to buy that. The scraper, mixer, and lame are finely made as is the bowl and loaf pan. Can’t ask for more and a very nice price to boot. I would buy again but these are all made to last so probably won’t ever need to. Don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. Be sure you want a 9” rising bowl and the loaf pans are a great length so you should be fine. Bought for my husband who is getting more into making artisan breads. The razor in the bread lame tool does not work very well. Too dull to cleanly slice into the dough.

This set is great- I ordered several different sets to see which i would like best (and which would arrive quickest. This set is made from great quality and is a pleasure to use. I find myself baking more often because the set has everything and is easy to clean. Most important is that every piece included is excellent quality. I cannot stress that enough. It would be nice if it came with two banetton bowls. The set is great!

I really like the set, the Banneton basket is perfect. I’ve used others but this one makes my bread rise better and also gives them that nice pattern on the outside when you don’t use the linen liner. My only suggestion would be to add a pouch or some sort or storing sleeve for the scoring tool as it is very sharp.

Really underwhelmed. The bowl/bench scraper seem to be quality (bowl scraper is silicone wrapped metal and bench scraper is laser etched) but the rattan sucks. Tons of splintering, plenty of which is inside. The couche is low quality linen with pronounced seams. I wish I had ordered everything separately and paid in the $30-40 range for the banneton to get some smooth cane. Maybe I'll get a better one some day -- overall is worth having my first banneton with all the other gear.

I received this as a gift for Mother’s Day and was so excited to have new tools for my recent bread baking hobby. I had been looking at banneton baskets as a separate item but had not decided on buying yet. I’m so happy I waited. All of the items in this kit are useful and quality made. I made my best loaf so far with the help of the these tools. You will need razor blades for the lame, but those are easily ordered through Amazon too. My only feedback is to offer instructions on cleaning the items.

It's a great kit either as a gift or for personal use. I bought it for myself as it had everything I needed in an all-in-one package. Priced very reasonable considering all the items included in this well thought-out kit. Each item is well made and the package arrived quickly. Only thing I could recommend for improvement would be to include a baguette sourdough recipe card/video link and a small sample of sourdough starter for the uninitiated. Even without, this baguette kit gets 5 Stars from me.
