Very important information
Learning to live with cancer this was especially needed information. I realized I was doing some things wrong, but perhaps instinctively many very right! Highly recommend for anyone, cancer or not.

Informative
This book was actually pretty informative and included several quick and easy smoothie recipes. These recipes include items you may already have in your kitchen or can definitely find at the grocery store. Nothing too hard to find at all not too expensive.

Alkaline Diet
This book was offered free for Kindle, which is how I came to read it. I enjoyed reading it and thank the author for her generosity. I learned what I hoped to learn, and believe it will prove helpful.

if you are looking for dr sebi inspired...
look again. There are many many foods discussed here that arent akaline. this is pretty much a vegan diet book. definitely not alkaline.

Do not like this book
I am not an expert on food, but this book does not follow the alkaline diets I have read over before. Also, it mentions several food items as not good, that usually are promoted as very healthy. If I were really seriously ill, I would rather follow the even more rigorous Budwig protocol. This book is written like I could, too, as a hear say from a friend !

Excellent Advice On Being Healthy
This book is simply stated.And gives you beyond the basics..Plus the entire list of foods/beverages of which are good/ bad. Plus there are recipes..that I cant waut ro try. This us a Great book if you have food allergies. This makes sense.

Alkaline diet: A complete quide
Subject is well written and effects of acidic and alkaline foods are well explained. The author is advocating more or less Vegan diet . It is easier for people who are Vegetarians already but the Western nations who are used to meat on daily basis may find it difficult to practice.
