You need to change sensors after 6- 9 months , sensors are not covered in warrenty , even if controller fails you need to pay for career charger for repai, keep above points in mind . But performance of device is good, if water is too salty then sensors fails in 6-9 months (1300 tds)

Effective but quality issues bug the product
Bought 3 units. 1 unit was defective on installation which was returned for refund but refund has not yet been processed even after a month. Out of the other 2 units installed, I unit failed yesterday. There seems to be a quality issue in the product even as the units work as claimed and do the job. Wiring of the unit is not straight forward and requires assistance. At one point I had to call Mivan Technologies to support the installation and that was available effectively and quickly.

Works as described, no more empty tanks or worrying about switching motor on and off
The starter exactly works as described. Just connect it to your motor starter and forget the worry of empty tanks. We have 2 pumps that we use interchangeably. So I switch it to off or bypass mode to turn off the pump connected to it and use the other one as needed.
